Zayn Malik Still Has Feelings For Gigi Hadid, Find Out About His One Direction TV Show ‘Boys’

Zayn Malik has just proved that he still has feelings for Gigi Hadid, according to People magazine. The 23-year-old former One Direction singer was spotted embracing the model during New York Fashion Week on Saturday.

Although Zayn Malik and Hadid announced their split in June, there is every indication that it was just a brief and not-well-thought-through split, as the two rekindled their romance shortly after breaking up.

Zayn Malik accompanied his girlfriend to the venue, although the model wasn’t strolling the catwalk on that day of New York Fashion Week. Hadid walked the runway and presented her new collection with Tommy Hilfiger one day earlier, on Friday.

The news comes just a few days after Zayn Malik canceled his upcoming show in Dubai as part of his world tour, explaining that he was suffering from extreme anxiety. The former One Direction singer informed his fans about his current difficulties through his ticketing agents on 117Live.

“Dear fans, I have been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances.”

Zayn Malik added that he felt he was making significant progress, but it still wasn’t enough for him to continue performing in front of large crowds in Dubai in October. It seems like being together with Gigi Hadid calms Malik down since the singer has made such tremendous progress over the past three months.

In fact, Zayn Malik just recently shared his affection for Hadid via his Twitter and Instagram accounts, posting a sweet tweet about the model debuting her Tommy X Gigi collection on Friday.

After Zayn Malik had informed his fans about his struggles with anxiety, Hadid shared a tweet, in which she expressed her ongoing love and support for her boyfriend.

“Z – I’ve seen the battles you go through and the way you fight to get to a place that allows you to get up there for your fans.”

Hadid added that she is proud of his bravery and his honesty with his fans when canceling the Dubai show. In her opinion, it “proved what you’re all about, being real.”

“Human recognizes human. You made the best of the situation and have given your fans an opportunity to understand you better as a performer.”

Zayn Malik’s upcoming One Direction-inspired TV show doesn’t exactly please Simon Cowell, according to E! Online. The 56-year-old former American Idol judge said that the “Pillowtalk” singer should have asked for his opinion before creating the project.

In his recent interview with Entertainment Today, Cowell revealed how he feels about Zayn Malik’s upcoming TV series, and it turns out he is not exactly happy about it.

“I think he should have come to me with it, if I’m being honest with you. Nothing surprises me any more.”

Cowell’s response is similar to recent reports that he is equally unhappy with Niall Horan and Liam Payne for not consulting him regarding their solo albums, while he appears happy with Harry Styles who runs his decisions past Cowell prior to acting.

The new TV show developed by Zayn Malik will be titled Boys and will be centered around the formation of One Direction and their impact on the fans and the music industry as a whole. The creators of Beauty and the Beast, Sherri Cooper-Landsman and Jennifer Levin, are penning the project.

Meanwhile, Law & Order producers Dick Wolf and his wife, Noelle Wolf, are set to produce the TV show. In March of this year, Zayn Malik announced he was leaving One Direction and launching his solo career.

In fact, Zayn Malik has already released his debut solo album Mind of Mine, which includes his hit singles “Like I Would” and “Pillowtalk.” Neither Malik nor any of the producers of the One Direction TV show have announced the release date yet, and it’s unclear whether the rest of the band, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, or Louis Tomlinson, will play any part in developing it.
