Ariana Grande’s Cringeworthy Ryan Seacrest Interview, Diva Snaps When Asked About Relationship With Mac Miller [Video]

Ryan Seacrest really had to pull teeth to get Ariana Grande to say anything about her personal life during his interview with her on September 14.

The 23-year-old singer was not in the mood to talk about her new boyfriend Mac Miller, even though she had recently posted an Instagram photo of the two of them captioning the shot “Babyy.”

“Oh, is that what I did? Is that what Instagram means to you now? All right world, let’s go.

“What was that segue?”

Ryan Seacrest was desperately trying to get Ariana to give up any details about her relationship with the rapper during On Air With Ryan Seacrest Wednesday.

“Well, I don’t know.

“I’m asking.”

The diva did not miss a beat and snapped back at the radio host.

“What are you asking? You said a sentence, there was no question. … I don’t know, man.”

What’s odd is that Ariana should have expected questions about her new relationship with rapper Mac Miller. After all, she is one of the biggest pop stars on the planet — it comes with the job. Seacrest remained professional throughout the interview, but the two were definitely noticeably tense.

Grande refused to go into anymore detail with Seacrest and the recording room got awkward real fast.

“If I post something, then that’s what I’m willing to share at the moment. That doesn’t mean that you, Ryan Seacrest, with millions of listeners, are entitled to more information.”

Ariana has been branded rude and obnoxious in the past and this latest slip-up is not going to help the diva’s reputation.

Plus, the photo of her and Miller on Instagram got nearly 1 million likes. So at least that many people know.

Ariana Grande was previously in a relationship with rapper Big Sean.

The singer was interviewed by Ryan Seacrest in August of 2014 and got irritated with the radio host when he speculated that there was something going on between the two of them before they announced the relationship themselves.

Last year, Ariana was forced to apologize after she was caught on CCTV saying bad things about her country, according to Mirror U.K.

“What the f**k is that? I hate Americans. I hate America!”

The singer was humiliated and received a lot of backlash from people.

“I am EXTREMELY proud to be an American and I’ve always made it clear that I love my country. What I said in a private moment with my friend, who was buying the donuts, was taken out of context and I am sorry for not using more discretion with my choice of words.”

Of course, who can forget Ariana Grande getting caught on camera licking a donut and putting it back on the tray. She later tried to excuse herself by saying she felt frustrated by the unhealthy food.

“As an advocate for healthy eating, food is very important to me and I sometimes get upset by how freely we as Americans eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health and society as a whole.

“However I should have known better in how I expressed myself; and with my new responsibility to others as a public figure I will strive to be better.”

It seems like Ariana has been her own worst enemy when it comes to saying things she shouldn’t.

This is not the first time the diva has gotten together with rapper Mac Miller.

The two collaborated on a song together, “The Way,” back in 2008.

There were whispers that there may have been something romantic between Ariana and Miller, but no relationship was ever confirmed.
