Jordan Rodgers And JoJo Fletcher Update: The Wedding is On, But Are Aaron Rodgers And Olivia Munn Off The Guest List?

Jordan Rodgers has gone on record as saying that his famous brother, Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers, will definitely be invited to his wedding to Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher. But unless something changes soon, the Rodgers brothers’ estrangement could put a damper on Jordan’s big day.

TMZ reporters recently caught up with Jordan and JoJo, and the reality TV couple denied breakup rumors, but they couldn’t deny the obvious estrangement in the Rodgers family.

Jordan said rumors about a split are “obviously not” true, then added that he and his bride-to-be are still trying to figure out where their wedding will take place. JoJo chimed in to verify that some Bachelor alums will definitely be on the guest list — including her close pal, Becca Tilley, who will likely be in the wedding party.

But when TMZ started asking questions about whether or not there will be any other “famous” guests at the wedding, Jordan and JoJo laughed it off. Rodgers conveniently stepped away from the cameras just as the gossip site began asking questions about his relationship with his brother, Aaron, and Aaron’s actress girlfriend, Olivia Munn. JoJo nervously took the questions and said it’s still the “same situation” with the Rodgers family. (Translation: Not good.) Fletcher then tried to laugh things off by assuring TMZ that “everything’s great” with Jordan and his brother, but it’s obvious that’s not the case. According to People, shortly after his engagement to Fletcher, Jordan Rodgers told conference call reporters that his older brother would “absolutely” be invited to his wedding.

“There’s no scenario in which I wouldn’t want my entire family at a wedding, so absolutely, that’s something all of our family wants and hopes for at some point,” Jordan said at the time. “It’s going to be a big wedding! There’s going to be a lot of people there.”

But so far, Aaron Rodgers doesn’t appear to have met Jordan’s fiance. Photos from Jordan and JoJo’s surprise engagement party featured members from both of their families, buy noticeably absent from the family photo were Aaron Rodgers and Olivia Munn.

Ironically, a wedding is what supposedly caused the rift between Jordan and Aaron Rodgers. According to TerezOwns.com, Aaron Rodgers was supposed to be a groomsman for a longtime mutual pal of his brother’s, but he bailed at the last minute. The NFL star’s no-show prompted their other brother, Luke Rodgers, to post photos from the wedding on social media with hashtags that included “#realfriendshowup” and “#realfriendsneverforgetwheretheycamefrom.”

Adding fuel to the family fire was Munn, who blabbed about her sex life with Aaron during an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live. Munn has not shown her face at Packers games that Rodgers’ parents have attended since that time.

While Aaron Rodgers may receive an invitation to his brother’s wedding, it’s a sure bet the famous football star will be a no-show if Jordan and JoJo decide to have their ceremony televised on ABC. It’s hard to imagine the Super Bowl champ being a part of his brother’s wedding party, as Chris Harrison officiates while reality TV cameras are swarming, and his presence would surely take away from Jordan and JoJo’s time in the spotlight on their big day.

JoJo and Jordan have already teased a spring, 2017, wedding date and the bride-to-be has said she “wouldn’t be against” a TV wedding.

“It just would have to be what’s best for us and what makes sense at the time,” she said.
