Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner’s NYFW adventures were largely experienced separately as an incredible force of supermodels and superstars spread out over so many different fashion shows. They did spend time together, though, after the shows.

New York Fashion Week or NYFW is an exciting time for supermodels and their celebrity friends. It is also hard work, of course, and probably a lot of stress and frustration, but the girls deal with it together. Kendall Jenner recently revealed the close nature of supermodel friendships to Allure.

“This is going to sound really, really lame, but we all call ourselves the Super Natural Friend Group because we all have such cool individual lives and we’ve been dreaming about them since we were so young.”

Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, and Cara Delevingne are at the center of The Super Natural Friend Group. Kendall revealed to Allure the previously secret, and slightly lame, name of the young supermodels’ well-known clique, the inner circle of which sport matching broken heart tattoos.

Kendall Jenner’s NYFW interview only named four Super Natural Friends, but there are probably more. It seems to be a massive network, with these four at the heart. Are there more?

Gigi Hadid is also close to Taylor Swift. Is she part of the Super Natural Friend Group? Kendall, Kylie, and Haley Baldwin were hanging out with Jordyn Woods, so she might be part of the oddly named supermodel network as well.

Kendall Jenner’s NYFW adventure started when she disabled Instagram on her phone in order to detox a bit and to focus fully on everything going on around her. She brought in her sister Kylie Jenner for a bit of moral support as she graced the runway for Michael Kors.

Gigi Hadid’s little sister Bella Hadid, who was also walking in the Michael Kors show, got tripped up on her high heels and took a nasty fall on the runway. She got up like a pro, though, after falling to her knees. Few in the audience even noticed, according to Us Weekly, because there were a lot of models on different parts of the stage. Bella still had a strong entrance and departure despite a mid-runway downfall. It happens, even to the best.

Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner’s NYFW runway performances were, as usual, flawless. Kendall, Gigi, and most recently Halley Baldwin are considered three of the best supermodels in the business. These girls are so in demand and so booked up with responsibilities. It is amazing how well these young girls manage their schedules.

Bella and Gigi Hadid had their share of triumphant highlights this week. Bella Hadid opened for DKNY on Monday. Gigi is the new Tommy Girl, designing, walking, and being the ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger. Her new line, Tommy x Gigi, is amazing, and so was their carnival style, open to the public show.

Hailey Baldwin is NYFW’s breakout celebrity model according to USA Today. Baldwin is a really special friend of Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and Cara Delevingne. Baldwin is part of that inner circle of what Kendall recently named the The Super Natural Friend Group.

Kendall Jenner’s NYFW was marred by a frightening but minor mishap when Kendall, Kylie, Hailey Baldwin, and Jordyn Woods were hanging out together. The four boarded an elevator. Apparently, some held the door a bit while the others caught up. A moment later, the elevator got stuck and ceased to operate.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, and Jordyn Woods were stuck in an elevator for a terrifying 34 minutes on Thursday night. While 34 minutes doesn’t sound like a long time, the point is one never knows how long one might be stuck.

Thankfully, Kendall, Kylie, Hailey, and Jordyn were rescued by New York firefighters who were no doubt excited when they found out who was in that elevator. The heroes got selfies and maybe even hugs for opening the elevator door for four supermodels.

Kylie Jenner is quoted on Page Six explaining that one can work up quite an appetite in a closed elevator.

“We’re actually stuck in an elevator in real life… Like, I’ve never thought this would actually happen. I’m genuinely so terrified and hungry.”

Kendall Jenner also hung out with Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik during the NYFW but not on the same night Hadid and Malik went out with Taylor Swift.
