‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6: Regina’s Many Ramifications Of Separating From The Evil Queen [Spoilers]

Once Upon A Time Season 6 premieres on ABC network in just two weeks. This means that spoilers are starting to come in. What can fans expect from the Storybrooke residents? The latest information reveals that Regina separating herself from the Evil Queen will have “many ramifications.”

There are OUAT spoilers below. If you don’t want to risk finding out what could happen on the show, then stop reading.

When Regina (Lana Parrilla) separated herself from the Evil Queen, she had no idea her alter ego would survive. Not only did the Once Upon A Time villain survive without a heart, she is determined to destroy everyone and everything in Storybrooke. Executive producer Edward Kitsis told TVLine the separation will cause Regina severe consequences in Season 6. Can those include her son, the relationships she has with other Storybrooke residents, or could it cause death and destruction? Can Regina stop the Evil Queen before it is too late?

It also seems that the separation is not the only issue in Once Upon A Time. The publication wrote that Regina “seemingly” snuffs her wicked side in Season 6. What made this statement interesting was the fact that “seemingly” was in italics, making it something viewers should remember. The OUAT showrunners clarified what the separation means. Regina and the Evil Queen are not split in half like an apple. Instead, Regina took out one part of herself. Is it possible that there is some evil inside of her and will she use it to battle the Evil Queen?

There is a theory that in Season 6 of OUAT, the Evil Queen could turn Henry (Jared Gilmore) to her side. The actor said at Comic-Con that it is like Henry has three moms: Regina, Emma, and now the Evil Queen. There are also fans who believe Henry might be the only person who can stop the villain. After all, she considers Henry to be her child and he could use that to his advantage.

The Evil Queen does seem to be taking someone from Regina, but it’s not Henry. At least, that is what a promo clip for Season 6 teases. In one scene, the Evil Queen and Zelena (Rebecca Mader) are walking together. The villain seems to be on a mission. Zelena is keeping up her pace but appears to be neither enthusiastic or hesitant. Has she joined Regina’s alter ego or is this some sort of trick? This is especially confusing after Spoiler TV published the Once Upon A Time Season 6, Episode 1 synopsis. It teased that Regina and Zelena move in together. This might complicate things between the sisters.

“In the season premiere episode, ‘The Savior,’ as our heroes set out to stop Hyde, Emma develops a mysterious side effect, and Storybrooke becomes a haven for refugees from the Land of Untold Stories. Meanwhile, Regina and Zelena embrace their newfound sisterhood by becoming roommates, while Rumple tries to free Belle from the sleeping Curse with the help of a stranger. In flashback, Jafar confronts an afflicted Aladdin in Agrabah, and a secret about the Savior is revealed.”

Other OUAT Season 6 spoilers include Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) helping people like she used to when the series began. This includes the characters from the Land Of Untold Stories. They chose to pause their tales for various reasons. Now, the stories are suddenly resuming and Emma will try to help them find happiness.

Also, Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Charming (Josh Dallas) have something from the past that will haunt them in present day Storybrooke. Once Upon A Time fans don’t know what it is, but many are speculating this has to do with the Evil Queen’s plan that was started years ago. Zap2It reported that although the seeds were planted a long time ago, it would not be realized until Season 6. Are Snow and Charming’s past connected to the Evil Queen’s “delicious” plan?
