Pregnant Joseline Hernandez Spotted As Stevie J Hangs Out With Faith Evans And Tyrese Amid Court Battle

Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Stevie J currently has bigger problems than Joseline Hernandez as he fights a child support case in court.

The producer managed to avoid jail time over $1 million in unpaid child support. However, PageSix reports that Stevie J has been ordered to go to rehab for a bail violation.

The report states that Stevie J used drugs while awaiting trial, and the judge has warned him that if he is seen in court again, he will be sent to prison.

“Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew DeFilippis said Jordan failed multiple drugs tests, including in June and August, and that he has missed many more testing appointments. The Atlanta resident also flew to Buffalo, NY, without permission and has “adamantly denied” his drug use, DeFilippis told the judge.”

The producer and reality star denied using drugs and allegedly confronted the prosecutor after the court proceedings.

Stevie J seems to be keeping a positive mindset and shared pictures with Tyrese on Instagram.

He also shared pictures with longtime friend Faith Evans with a recent Instagram caption wishing the singer a farewell before she goes on tour.

Joseline Hernandez, on the other hand, has a paternity battle with Stevie J who denies being the father of her unborn child.

The Puerto Rican princess was photographed in a sexy dress with singer Kelis and comedian DeRay Davis who joked that he is the father of Joseline’s child.

While some fans still doubt that Stevie J is the father of her child, recent photos suggest that Joseline Hernandez is pregnant.

Recent reports suggest that the former couple will not appear on the next season of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. Rather, they will have their own separate reality TV specials with the option of returning in the future.

The couple had their own short-lived TV show that followed was about their lives in Hollywood.

Stevie J has previously admitted to having a drug problem, and many fans suspect that the hip hop producer still has issues with sobriety.

Earlier this year, Stevie J opened up about his struggles with cocaine addiction.

“Man, I was at the Trump in New York City. All my buddies use to do it and you know I use to say, I’m cool, you know, I smoke my weed. And it was just a plethora of women around and everybody was in it and I was like ‘Let me try that.’ Tried it once, I woke up the next afternoon like ‘Yo, what happened?'” he told the hosts of the Rickey Smiley Show.

He went one to say it started once a week and soon escalated to an everyday habit. He said that Los Angeles made his cocaine habit worse. When he returned to Atlanta, Stevie J said that being surrounded by his family helped him cut the habit.

He alluded that his cocaine problems were fueled by a party focused lifestyle, which was primarily in LA.

While Joseline and Stevie have been on and off in the past. The former couple doesn’t seem to be able to get past their current issues.

Stevie J has suggested that the child molestation accusations thrown by Joseline Hernandez is unforgivable. On the other hand, the Puerto Rican princess feels used and disrespected by Stevie J.

Joseline is currently battling Stevie J in court over her unborn child. She will have to request a court-ordered DNA test to prove that Stevie J is the father.

She will also have the right to seek court-appointed child support. With the producer battling over $1 million in unpaid child support in court. His paternity case with Joseline Hernandez will complicate things further.
