Kevin James Allegedly Buys $18.5 Million Delray Beach Mansion, Take A Look Inside

Kevin James allegedly bought a nearly $20 million massive Florida estate just across the street from the ocean in Delray Beach. The King of Queens star’s supposed new mansion encompasses 26,000-square feet and nearly two acres. The home was built in a Mediterranean Revival style and offers plenty of room for the Grown Ups actor, his wife Steffiana, and their three children.

The Zookeeper star could invite all of his Hollywood pals down to the Sunshine State for a little beachside recreation and still have plenty of elbow-room inside the opulent home. Kevin James’ alleged mansion boasts eight bedrooms, nine baths, and staff quarters, according to Radar Online. The Florida mansion fit for a movie star was appraised at $10.7 million, according to county records quoted by the Palm Beach Post.

The ornate dining room is adorned with a fireplace and stone columns. Preparing a meal for visiting friends and extended family can potentially occur on a grand scale, thanks to the massive kitchen and wine room. James and Steffiana could curl up with a good book next to the fireplace in the library during tropical storms when romping in the surf is not possible.

Staying fit and trim should not be a problem for the enigmatic movie star and his family. The Delray Beach mansion comes complete with a professional style spa with a gym and a saltwater pool. Escaping the penetrating rays of the summer sun will not be an issue for family or visitors. A spacious cabana with a kitchen adjoins the pool area and a guest house at the highly desirable piece of Delray Beach real estate.

Kevin James new film, Here Comes the Boom, opens on October 12. He was also one of the voices in Hotel Transylvania, which won the box office race last weekend.
