‘Real Housewives’ Star To Pursue Nick Viall On ‘The Bachelor’?

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Lauri Peterson may not have an interest in returning to the popular reality show, but that doesn’t mean she has completely stopped watching reality television. In fact, after finding her own prince charming in George Peterson while filming The Real Housewives of Orange County, she wants to help her daughter, Ashley, find her own man. And it sounds like Ashley has an interest in the new Bachelor star, Nick Viall.

According to a new tweet, the former Real Housewives of Orange County star is hoping that her daughter applies to be on the show. It is possible that Lauri and her daughter Ashley watch The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor In Paradise together and know all about Nick Viall’s journey to find love. And maybe Ashley has an interest in Nick, and her mother wants her to apply to go on the show.

“Casting for the next season of The Bachelor ends VERY soon,” a Bachelor producer tweeted to all eligible ladies who want to be on the show, to which Lauri wrote back, “What are you waiting for Ashley?” while tagging her daughter in the tweet.

On The Real Housewives of Orange County, Ashley was growing up when Lauri was on the show years ago. She argued about living in her mother’s townhouse, even though she was just a teenager. In addition, Ashley worked for an energy drink company for a while, but she started working on a skincare line called A to Z Skincare. However, Lauri hasn’t been open about what her daughter has been doing after leaving The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Based on her social media posts, it sounds like this Real Housewives of Orange County daughter may have been busy with her career. But it sounds like her dating life might not be so exciting.

“Too bad you can’t get abs by laughing at the people you’ve dated,” the former Real Housewives of Orange County star’s daughter tweeted about her former relationships, often making jokes about the relationships she has been in.

It is possible that the Real Housewives of Orange County star was hoping that Nick would be chosen as The Bachelor. When it was announced that Viall was chosen for the show, many people didn’t exactly support the decision. Many fans expected other guys to be chosen for the show, so there were mixed reviews about Nick. And Robbie Hayes wasn’t exactly thrilled with the news.

“I thought [producers] would go with someone younger, someone with a little more energy to bring to the table that frankly hasn’t been around the block a couple times,” Robby Hayes has revealed to US Weekly about Nick Viall being picked for The Bachelor.

Even though Robbie doesn’t agree with Nick being chosen, he would consider doing it himself.

“I would definitely consider it,” he reveals to US Weekly, adding, “With that being said, the scrutiny, the tabloid stuff, everything that comes along with it is hard for not just you, but for the family around you, the friends around you. … Your feelings get hurt. It would be something I would have to sit down and discuss with them. My immediate family, my friends, everyone around me. I’m not the only one that goes through it.”

If Hayes had been chosen for The Bachelor, one can imagine that this Real Housewives of Orange County star wouldn’t be nominating her daughter to find love on the show. No word on whether Ashley will actually apply to be on the show, but it would be fun to see Ashley fight for Nick’s heart.
