‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Hayden Wants To Strike A Deal, But Will She Give Elizabeth What She Needs To Survive?

Now that it has been revealed on General Hospital that Elizabeth and Hayden are half-sisters, the real emergency begins. Right before Franco had the chance to let Liz in on the secret, she passed out and went code blue. There is one person who can save her, but will she?

In the General Hospital spoiler clip that was posted on Twitter, Elizabeth is called code blue and is rushed from her room into surgery. It is Dr. Griffin Munro who tries to save her life. Franco was with her when she crashed, and he will obviously be out pacing the hallways until he makes sure she is okay. However, she is not, as Griffin comes out and says that Liz has a serious problem.

It sounds like she will lose a lot of blood from the injury she got from being pushed down the stairs. It was obvious that she was in a lot of pain as she lay in her hospital bed for the past couple of days. She probably had some internal bleeding going on, so why didn’t the doctors check her out more thoroughly when she was constantly holding her side and wincing in pain? Well, then it wouldn’t have been so dramatic.

This is where Elizabeth’s secret sister comes in. Franco knows the secret, and Hayden would be the one who could save her life. At this point on General Hospital, neither Liz nor Hayden knows that they are sisters, so it is likely that she will be told that she just has the same type of blood that Liz has. However, Hayden is not going to comply so easily. She and Elizabeth hate each other, so she is not going to make it easy at all.

In fact, the General Hospital clip shows that Hayden will be trying to make a deal with Franco when he approaches her to donate her blood to save Elizabeth’s life. Supposedly, she still doesn’t know it is her sister that she will be saving. Would it make a difference if she really did know that secret? She and Liz have been enemies since the very day Hayden came to Port Charles.

What could Hayden want that Franco can give her? Will he expose the truth that her mother, Naomi, is keeping from her? She definitely wants her freedom right now, so maybe she wants him to convince Elizabeth that she didn’t push her down the stairs. However, the one thing that Hayden may want even more than her freedom are the diamonds Elizabeth has. So, that is most likely what she wants in exchange for the blood donation to save her secret sister’s life.

Franco will also have his hands full when Jason learns of Liz’s dire condition. Franco had been trying to reach out to him to let him know what happened to the mother of his child, but with JaSam just getting married, Jason put him off when he called him. According to General Hospital spoilers by Celeb Dirty Laundry, Jason will be mad that Franco is bothering him. He probably figures that Franco is taunting him about Jake or Liz again, but that is far from the truth, at least for now.

The truth will eventually come out that Hayden and Elizabeth are indeed sisters. Franco may just keep it to himself for now until Liz recovers so that she can hear it from him, or he may just let the chips fall where they may for now. It will be fun to see how the women react to the news that they are related since they dislike each other so much. This news will definitely change their lives and their relationships with their parents as well.

Will Hayden get what she wants from Franco now that he is desperate to save Elizabeth’s life? Will he let the cat out of the bag that Liz is her sister? Stay tuned to General Hospital to find out.
