Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In NYC Hotel

Police sources say that Lindsay Lohan was assaulted in her Manhattan hotel room early Sunday morning by a man that she met at a night club.

According to TODAY, law enforcement officials say that Lohan told police that she had gotten into an argument with a man that she had brought to her W Hotel room. She met the man, who has been identified as 25-year-old Christian LaBella, at the 1 Oak night club.

Allegedly, the argument was over some pictures that LaBella took of Lohan with his cell phone while they were in her room with some of Lohan’s friends.

Lohan took the cell phone away from LaBella. When she took his cell phone away, LaBella threw Lohan onto the bed causing scratches to her hands.

Police say that Lohan then ran out of the room and down the stairs of the hotel. She then decided to go back up the stairs to her room, but was immediately attacked when LaBella saw her again. He attacked her, choked her, knocked her to the ground, and was on top of her.

One of Lohan’s friends, who is always with her, was able to finally pull LaBella off of Lohan. Lohan then pulled the fire alarm for help, said police.

After Lohan pulled the fire alarm, LaBella started to flee down the stairs, but Police arrived just in time to took him into custody before he was able to get away.

LaBella is currently being held and awaiting charges at the 13th precinct.
