In her latest Instagram post, Khloe Kardashian has on her signature bodysuit and a pair of tattered jeans. She no doubt looked stunning, but many would question how tiny Khloe’s waist looks in the picture. Is it Photoshop or has Khloe really been able to achieve the unachievable?
Khloe Kardashian has come under fire before for her numerous Photoshop fails, after all. The Inquisitr had reported that Khloe posted a picture of herself on Instagram that showed her arm to be super thin. Not just that, in another picture, a scar on Khloe’s leg seemed to have been removed.
Also, there have been mixed reactions about the changes Khloe Kardashian has made to her body recently. While some fans seek inspiration from her, others say that they miss the old her.
“Loving those curves,” said one.
“You look awesome keep up the great work,” complimented another.
“How do you keep so motivated! I’m finding that really hard,” said another.
Others had a different view.
“I miss thick khloe,” said one.
“Just don’t become skeleton thin… you rock @ any size Mwah,” said another fan.

While Khloe Kardashian has her fitness goals, Kourtney Kardashian isn’t afraid to show off her body either. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star recently appeared on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, the Daily Mail has reported. The star is wearing a white bodysuit in which she definitely looks like a million dollars.
If Kourtney has been able to achieve a stunning figure, it’s not by coincidence. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star trains pretty hard to maintain a revenge body. She works with her trainer Don Brooks, who employs the Don-A-Matrix method. The star works five times a week to stay fit and keep her stunning body in shape, Hollywood Life has reported. So, what is the Don-A-Matrix method?
“The Don-A-Matrix Method is set up to resemble a sports game format consisting of four quarters. Each quarter has three sets of two different exercises, combined with rest or relief periods after each quarter,” Don said.
So, what does Kourtney like when it comes to her workouts? Her trainer, Don Brooks says she loves to do planks. However, there is a twist to it.
“The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs, and waist,” Don says of Kourt’s favorite exercise. “[We also do] the trunk twist along with a back row using the bands. The benefit of this exercise will give you flat abs and coke bottle obliques while removing those fat handles from the back and arms.”
Kourtney even talked about what she eats to keep fit. Her no-carbs salad includes avocado, hard-boiled eggs, chicken, and tomato. However, it’s not like she doesn’t have cheat meals. Everyone does.
