Cindy Crawford’s children are poised to be the next supermodels in the fashion world. The former supermodel is proving to be an excellent guide and mentor to her children Presley Gerber and Kaia Gerber, who have set their sights on becoming the next big thing in the fashion world.

Even though the siblings have a firm grounding in the glittering fashion industry, the pair is making every effort to establish themselves as thorough professionals in a world that was once dominated by their iconic mother. Under the watchful eyes of Cindy Crawford, Kaia and Presley have already caught the attention of many influential people in the fashion industry, as well as the world at large. According to Out magazine, the Gerber siblings are already signing modeling contracts with some of the most sought-after designer labels that had once hired Cindy Crawford.

Presley has already walked the ramp for Moschino and is set to work with Calvin Klein in their next major campaign, while Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia has already begun to leave her mark on the covers of well-known fashion magazines. Apart from featuring in Miu Miu’s eyewear campaign, Kaia was featured on Vogue‘s cover page along with Cindy Crawford.

The adorable mother-daughter photo that appeared on the cover of Vogue‘s Paris edition clearly shows that Kaia has taken after her mother. Her Vogue cover page photo has helped Kaia to follow in Cindy Crawford’s footsteps, as the budding supermodel will soon be seen on the cover page of POP‘s September issue. According to the Daily Mail, Ashley Heath, the editor-in-chief of POP, revealed that Kaia’s photo along with Cindy Crawford has helped her to become internationally popular while remaining professional in her outlook.

“It’s no secret that after Cindy and Kaia did that Vogue Paris cover last year, literally every glossy magazine in the world wanted her. But they’re both being smart and very selective.”

And indeed, Cindy Crawford gets the well-deserved credit for grooming her daughter to take the right steps in the glamorous yet intense world of fashion modeling. As it turns out, it was the former supermodel who was the main driving force behind POP magazine’s photo shoots, cover story, and fashion story that all featured Kaia. The celebrity mother even allowed the fashion magazine’s team to gain access to their family home in Canada to cover the stories.

Cindy Crawford may be perceived as a protective mother who is calling the shots on behalf of her son and daughter, but industry insiders reveal that she is, in fact, a doting mother with a watchful eye who prefers to take a step back while her children find their own way to success. According to the Daily Mail, Kaia is doing the hard work herself to develop her professional skills, despite having learned the tools of the trade from Cindy Crawford.

In fact, the modeling prodigy makes her own decisions regarding the projects that she accepts and the way she carries herself while on assignment.

Apart from being a mentor to her children, Cindy Crawford is also a supportive spouse to Rande Gerber, her model-turned-businessperson husband who has teamed with A-list actor George Clooney to launch the award-winning Casamigos tequila brand. In fact, the supermodel often accompanies her husband when attends a night out to socialize with his “tequila-loving” business partner over generous tequila shots.

Earlier, the supermodel had frankly confessed on a talk show that the drunken nights out have turned out to be hilariously fun events on several occasions. George Clooney is so fond of Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford that the business partners have built their respective vacation homes in a shared compound in Mexico.

In fact, the two families never miss an opportunity to bond over an exotic dinner. According to the International Business Times, Cindy Crawford and her husband recently joined George Clooney and his wife Amal to enjoy a sushi dinner at Nobu Malibu, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles.

The informal dinner party turned out to be an ultimate double-date for Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.
