Baylee Curran Nude Photos: Chris Brown Accuser Was Stripped Of Miss California Crown After Explicit Photos Surfaced, Report Claims

Baylee Curran is now known as the woman who called police on Chris Brown for allegedly pulling a gun on her, but the model and former pageant winner is in trouble herself after allegations that she was stripped of her Miss California regional title for appearing in nude photos posted online.

Curran set off a media firestorm on Tuesday when she called the police to claim that Chris Brown had pulled a gun on her during a dispute at the singer’s home. That led to a police standoff and eventual charges against Brown. The singer posted $250,000 bail and was released from the Los Angeles County jail on Tuesday night.

But in the hours since the standoff ended, there has been much focus on Baylee Curran and her spotted background. There are allegations that she is wanted for theft in New York City, and new details on how she lost her title as a Miss California regional pageant winner.

Curran had identified herself in interviews as a Miss California crown winner, but the organization quickly stepped in to clarify that Baylee had actually been stripped of her title in July for a breach of contract.

“The Miss California Regional Pageant Organization would like to address our concerns for the recent incident occurring one of our former contestants Miss Baylee Curran,” the pageant said in a statement to Hollywood Life. “We would like to make clear Miss Curran is not a reigning title holder. Miss Curran has been dethroned as of July of this year due to a breach of contract. Baylee Curran has been asked numerous times to return her crown/sash which she has refused to do. We do not condone the alleged actions of Mr. [Chris] Brown or his associates, however, Miss Curran has incorrectly identified herself as Miss California Regional.”

The statement went on to say that all those within the organization are held “to the highest standards in their moral values” but that some allegations surfaced against Baylee Curran in just the two months that she held her title. The statement did not say specifically why Curran was stripped of her title, but noted that the Miss California Regional contest “prohibits any form of alcohol or paraphernalia use, nor do we allow any behavior not befitting queen.”

But TMZ may have been able to fill in some of the holes. In a report published on Wednesday, the celebrity news and gossip outlet noted that Baylee Curran had nude photos surface online. After they made their way to pageant officials, Curran allegedly denied that the photos were of her, leading pageant officials to accuse Curran of lying, the report added.

A pageant official told TMZ that the nude photos were sent to the pageant director, who told Baylee, “This is not what the pageant stands for.”

But even after the nude photos surfaced, Baylee Curran reportedly got another chance to keep her title. That didn’t last long, the official told TMZ. She was caught a number of other times shirking her responsibilities, including skipping out on community functions and instead choosing to go to photo shoots.

That wasn’t the end of the saga. The report claimed that after the pageant had stripped her of the title, Baylee refused to give back the crown she was awarded when winning the pageant.

While Baylee Curran’s nude photos don’t appear to have surfaced online, it seems that she got the message about losing her pageant title. Her Instagram page, which was down for a time on Tuesday after the controversy started brewing, now lists her as “Former 2016 Miss California Regional” winner.
