Selena Gomez Clearing Mind From Justin Bieber, Sofia Richie Romance With Family Vacation In Texas

Selena Gomez is taking a break from social media to spend some quality time with her family and friends in Texas, it has been revealed.

The singer became so exhausted with some of the things that have transpired in recent weeks, she felt the urge to return home. There, she’d be surrounded by nothing but positivity and love, which was evidently missing from the singer’s life.

Gomez found herself feuding with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, on Instagram earlier this month, Enstarz reveals, after the Biebs complained about how his fans were being hurtful to his girlfriend, Sofia Richie, by sending her hateful messages on her social media pages.

Bieber posted endless photos of himself with Sofia, which initially set off the rather negative response from fans, and for reasons that remain unknown, Selena Gomez felt the need to share her opinion, stressing that if her former flame didn’t want people to invade his personal life, he should abstain from posting so many selfies on his social media account.

The comment left Justin so furious, he responded by claiming that Selena Gomez only used him for fame and publicity before going on to allege that she cheated on him with former One Direction member Zayn Malik.

The controversial feud eventually led Selena to apologize, but according to Hollywood Life, the drama really took a lot out of the singer, who told family and friends that she needed to be around them more than ever.

So, now that she’s found herself on a hiatus from her Revival tour, Selena Gomez has returned home, where’s she’s said to be relaxing and focusing her attention on nothing but positivity and love.

“Selena [Gomez] has been using the end of her tour break to recharge at home in Dallas,” a source shared. “She has been largely unplugged and taking a break from social media. Selena has been keeping things simple and cutting out all the excess noise in her life. She has been spending time with close friends and family before she has to get back on the road for the grueling international leg of her world tour. She has been trying to keep her mind off the boys in her life and focusing on relaxing and decompressing.”

Many people on social media assumed that Selena’s comments regarding Justin Bieber’s relationship with Sofia were simply made because she secretly still has feelings for the 22-year-old and became spiteful when seeing photos of him with a new girlfriend.

It should also be said that just months before Justin started dating 18-year-old Sofia Richie, he was seeing aspiring model Hailey Baldwin. The twosome confirmed they were an item on New Year’s Eve when Justin happily posted a photo of the duo kissing during a brief vacation out the country.

Some fans are under the impression that Selena Gomez still has feelings for Justin, and while she’s hoping for a potential reconciliation, he keeps hooking up with other women, giving her the idea that there’s no chance the twosome will be getting back together anytime soon.
