‘RHOC’ Star Vicki Gunvalson Claims Shannon Beador Was Never A True Friend, Slams Jimmy Edwards Again

Friends no more. Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson recently dished on her fallout with Shannon Beador after not being invited to Beador’s birthday bash and vow renewal. How did Beador react to Gunvalson’s comments?

Reality Tea is reporting that Gunvalson now realizes how Beador was never her real friend and thinks that Beador was only friendly for the cameras.

She also doesn’t blame Beador’s husband, David, for not getting a birthday invite, despite their current feud. In fact, Gunvalson’s believes it was probably better that she wasn’t invited in the first place.

“Given the fact [David] has turned so angry towards me, it was not appropriate for me to be there,” Gunvalson shared.

Although she wasn’t invited to the festivities, Gunvalson still reached out to Beador and wished her a happy birthday. Gunvalson doesn’t think they will ever be friends again, but she still wants to develop a cordial relationship with her co-star.

As far as Beador is concerned, Entertainment Tonight Online reports that she isn’t avoiding appearing with Gunvalson in public. However, she isn’t about to make amends and renew their friendship anytime soon.

“The bottom line is, this entire season … I don’t have a problem with her being in the same room,” Beador explained. “I’m fine with her. I can sit there and have a drink, whatever. And you will see that we start to have a lot more fun together, and then the season culminates with me saying, ‘I made a really good decision with backing off from this friendship.'”

The former friends first had problems during Season 10 of RHOC, which focused on Gunvalson’s then boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, and his lies about having cancer. Their relationship never fully recovered after the cancer scandal.

According to the Daily Mail, Gunvalson wasn’t the only RHOC star left out of Beador’s birthday party.

Kelly Dodd was also exiled from the event and wasn’t happy about it.

Dodd called Beador a “c***” for not inviting her and labeled Tamra Judge a “dumb b**ch,” which even had Meghan King Edmonds distancing herself from the situation.

Meanwhile, Vicki Gunvalson’s involvement in Ayers’ cancer scam affected a lot of her relationships on the show, including her already strained friendship with Meghan.

Meghan is going through a lot of changes herself this season, chiefly the birth of her first child with former baseball star Jim Edmonds.

OK! Magazine is reporting that Gunvalson recently slammed Jim for not paying enough attention to his wife’s pregnancy.

“I felt bad for Meghan on this week’s episode that Jim was not there to experience the implant of their two embryos,” Gunvalson stated. “To me, he just seems so disinterested. I know that will change once he holds his baby, but during this process, he looks so removed.”

Jim can no longer have children after undergoing a vasectomy in a former marriage. Meghan and Jim turned to IVF to have kids and are using Jim’s frozen sperm.

Jim’s disinterest in Meghan’s baby has been a hot topic this season. A few weeks back, an inside source revealed to Radar Online that Jim isn’t excited about expanding his family because he already has enough kids of his own.

Despite her negative comments about Jim, Gunvalson commended the couple’s decision to try IVF and admitted that she is learning a lot about the process.

“I think they made a wise decision about implanting two embryos, both a boy and girl not really knowing which one or if both of them would take or not,” Gunvalson added. “I didn’t realize how many of my friends here in OC had IVF, as where I’m from in Chicago I didn’t know anyone that did. It’s a whole new ‘baby making process’ for me to learn about. Of the five friends, Kelly, Meghan and Heather all had IVF which is ironic.”
