Jenelle Evans Pregnant, ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Expecting Third Child

It’s a girl! Jenelle Evans, star of MTV’s hit reality TV series Teen Mom 2, took to social media late Wednesday evening to announce what fans have been speculating for weeks—she’s pregnant with baby number three! Evans is expecting her third child with boyfriend David Eason, and the proud parents-to-be both shared the exciting news in two separate Instagram posts.

The pregnant 24-year-old reality star posted a sweet shot from a pregnancy announcement/gender reveal photo shoot with Eason. In the photo, Evans posed standing in a lake wearing a turquoise blue dress with a floral allover print and her hair was styled in romantic waves topped a flower crown. She stood in the water with her hands around Eason’s neck while he looked down lovingly at Evans, leaning against a wooden boat and resting his hands on her baby bump.

“Time to introduce the world to our baby girl soon, Ensley Jolie Eason. She will be arriving Jan. 28th. We couldn’t be any happier!” Evans wrote in the caption on Instagram, punctuating her announcement with a pink bow and a baby face emoji and tagging Eason.

Eason, 28, chose a more romantic shot of him and Evans to post on his own Instagram page. In the photo, Eason and his pregnant girlfriend sat in the back of a wooden rowboat on the lake and they both shared a sweet kiss as Eason cradled Evan’s baby bump.

“IT’S A GIRL YALL!! I’m so happy im bout ta cry!! I love you so much @j_evans1219 and I cant wait to meet our baby girl Ensley Jolie Eason!!” Eason captioned the post.

This marks baby number three for both Jenelle and David. Jenelle has six-year-old son Jace Evans with her ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis and shares custody of Jace with her mother Barbara Evans. She also has two-year-old son Kaiser Griffith whom she shares with her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith. Eason shares nine-year-old daughter Maryssa Eason with his ex-wife Whitney Johnson, according to Radar Online. He also has a three-year-old son with ex-girlfriend Olivia Leedham.

Evans’ love life has been well documented in her story line on Teen Mom 2. Last season, fans were introduced to Eason just as things came to an end between Evans and Griffith. The new couple were immediately thrust into the spotlight and had to deal with issues like Evans’ overbearing mother Barbara, Evan’s custody battle with Griffith and Evans’ impending charges stemming from an alleged altercation between her and Griffith’s then-girlfriend Jessica Henry.

Griffith recently made headlines after his recent breakup with Henry. The father of Jenelle’s second child was charged with aggravated assault and burglary on August 22, as previously reported by The Inquisitr. Griffith’s ex-girlfriend Henry claimed that he allegedly strangled and choked during a violent fight. And while Evans didn’t directly comment on the allegations against her ex-fiancé, she took to Twitter to throw subtle shade at Griffith’s newest legal troubles.

“I love to sit here and watch everything unfold, just eating my,” Evans wrote on Twitter, adding a popcorn emoji.

But she doesn’t have time to worry about her ex now that news is out that she is happily pregnant and expecting her first daughter with David in January next year. Fans were first tipped off that Jenelle was pregnant with her baby girl back in July following a car accident she was involved in with Eason, as leaked police records indicated that Evans was about 10 weeks pregnant at the time of the car accident, Us Weekly reported.

After the news of the crash broke, Evans received criticism and backlash online from fans that criticized her for being pregnant for the third time. Rather than confirming the pregnancy rumors, Evans hit back at the haters with a Twitter rant.

“I don’t understand what is ‘disappointing’ or ‘sad,'” Evans wrote, according to Us Weekly. “Why not ask if I’m ok from the car accident?! Why not be concerned about my health?! I want privacy. All of you disgust me. It’s all about gossip these days… Funny someone else comes out with news they are pregnant and the world is overjoyed.”
