Tamar Braxton Dropped From Label: Reason Behind Vince Herbert ‘Bloody Fist Fight’ — Divorce Ahead?

Tamar Braxton’s physical altercation with husband Vince Herbert, which resulted in her calling the police on him, reportedly stemmed from the singer’s decision to change her management team.

According to Love B. Scott, the first outlet to break the news, an insider who works at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, where the fight took place, revealed how this isn’t the first time that Tamar and Vince have found themselves arguing and fighting at the residence.

Tamar and her husband have given staff the impression that fighting and arguing is nothing new to them. This time, however, it was different, because things got so serious that Braxton felt the urge to allegedly call the police on the father of her child.

The former talk show host has found herself taking a new direction with her career, having gotten rid of her previous management team after learning that record execs over at Epic Records reportedly made the decision to drop Toni Braxton’s younger sister from their roaster.

Sources claim that the label was not happy with sales for the singer’s latest album, Calling All Lovers, which has yet to shift 100,000 copies worldwide, and that’s almost a year after its release. Braxton was devastated by the album’s low sales, as explained by That Grape Juice, as she found herself battling a rare condition of pulmonary embolism ahead of the record’s release.

She couldn’t promote the album as much as she wanted, which consequently also saw her facing a rather long absence from her co-hosting duties on The Real. Following its summer hiatus, Tamar would go on to be informed that her contract was not going to be renewed, leaving the “Thank You Lord” songstress stunned.

Her new management team, who also represent Steve Harvey, are trying to rebrand Braxton, in the hopes of taking her career to the next level after having faced so much loss this year alone. But according to Love B. Scott, Vince didn’t like that idea — he’s not happy with the new team that Tamar is working with, and this has resulted in endless bust-ups between the couple.

“Tamar Called the police on Vince last night at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead Atlanta, where I work,” the insider revealed. “Officer Sanders of APD came out to investigate. They have had multiple domestic abuse issues in the past, but this time there’s evidence.”

“Anyone who works with the Braxtons knows, that Tamar & Vince literally first [sic] fight. Then they do a video after to dispel rumors, but the real tension is because Tamar has a new manager, who is Steve Harvey’s manager. After being dropped from Epic Records, and fired from the Real, Tamar hired new management, which has left Vince feeling some type of way.”

Bossip goes on to claim that the altercation was so brutal that Vince Herbert bit his wife’s finger in the heat of the moment. Tamar was bleeding and felt the fight had gone too far, which explains her reasoning to call the police on the music mogul.

The source adds that Vince fled the scene shortly after, so police officers weren’t able to question Herbert as to what happened and transpired for the couple to turn against one another.

A source adds that, while the couple have tried to dispel fights and divorce rumors in the past, it is certain that Tamar and Vince are heading for splitsville, with this having been their most violent argument yet.
