David Hasselhoff To Host 6-Day Fan Cruise Adventure

David Hasselhoff, star of TV’s Baywatch, judge of America’s Got Talent and international music star, has agreed to appear for the “David Hasselhoff – The Official World Fan Cruise” with tour operator GEO Reisen in November 2017. GEO Reisen is offering a 6-day cruise to Italy, Spain, and France from November 4-9, 2017, with the legendary celebrity, states a new press release.

“‘I cordially invite you to this unique fan event…’ says Hasselhoff in a short letter posted on the cruise’s official website. ‘I am looking forward to cruise the Mediterranean Sea on the Costa Favolosa along with my fans from Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australia! I will be on board throughout the journey and cannot wait to spend unforgettable days with you! – Yours, David’ “

The “World Fan Cruise” includes a David Hasselhoff concert, a “get-together” party, autograph session and the “David in Person” event which will “screen the best scenes of his movies and give fans the chance to ask personal questions as well as many more fan moments.”

“When I was asked by the tour operator GEO Reisen to participate in this exclusive cruise, I immediately said ‘YES!’… I can look back on an exceptional career in show business and there is much more to come! It is high time to give back the gratitude and fun that my fans bring me every day.”

The first Official World-Fan-Cruise of David Hasselhoff will take place aboard The Costa Favolosa, an impressive flagship of Costa Crociere and Carnival Cruise Line. The ship features over 1,500 cabins, five restaurants, 13 bars (including a “coffee & chocolate” bar), four swimming pools, 4D cinema, Grand Prix race course simulator and a lot more.

In 1975, David began his acting career on the soap opera The Young and the Restless. He left the show in 1982 to star in the hugely popular Knight Rider series, which lasted until 1986. Hasselhoff released his first album, Night Rocker, in 1985, which didn’t do that well in the United States but became a huge hit in Germany. David continued acting on the Baywatch and Baywatch Nights TV series from 1989-2001, as well as releasing more hit records. His most recent album, True Survivor, was released in 2015.

“Altogether, David Hasselhoff has received over 45 gold and platinum awards worldwide and is undoubtedly a hero to those growing up in the 1970s – 1990; he attained global fame and continues to enjoy cult status even today.”

Early this year, the Inquisitr reported that Hasselhoff had found a new love interest with Hayley Roberts while battling with ex-wife Pamela Bach asking for lower alimony payments. In May, he was paying Bach $252,000 a year in alimony and stated that all of the money he has made from his Knight Rider and Baywatch days was now gone. The article also pointed out that Hasselhoff said that he had no more than $4,000 to his name, which could explain why he agreed to do the fan cruise event. As for his new romance, everything appears to be going swimmingly with the exception of avoiding the paparazzi.

“Now we know where to go, where not to go, make sure we suck our stomachs in so they don’t keep saying I’m old and she’s helping me around — other than that, it’s been really great.”

David was recently seen in Syfy’s Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens, where he reprised his role as Fin Shepard’s dad. He will appear next in the new movie version of Baywatch which also stars Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, and Priyanka Chopra. It is set for a May 19, 2017, release.
