Farrah Abraham Rumors: ‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Slammed For Pic Of Daughter In Bikini

Another day, another round of Farrah Abraham rumors to clog the gossip columns. You have to wonder if the Teen Mom OG star is trolling us, at this point, because it seems as though she’s deliberately feeding the rumor mill with some of the most outrageous things — and the more scandalous, the better, it seems. Shouldn’t she be worried about getting her kid through school?

In any event, the latest bout of Farrah Abraham rumors come to us courtesy of the New York Daily News. The hometown paper of record for New Yorkers — themselves, an unflappable crowd — was outraged as they reported that the reality TV star used a photo of her 7-year-old daughter, Sophia, to promote tonight’s premiere of Teen Mom OG. The problem, according to the News, is that Sophia was posed provocatively in a leopard-print bikini — but, after all, isn’t that what the show’s all about?

Naturally, this photo caused a firestorm of controversy in the online world, and parents & spectators alike were quick to tell the News that this photo of Farrah’s young daughter was a disaster waiting to happen. One commenter even went so far as to say that Farrah was possibly subjecting her daughter to pedophiles.

“It actually seems dangerous to me. This can very easily be perceived as bait to sick minded individuals that hurt children.”

Other Farrah Abraham rumors have cropped up courtesy of Perez Hilton, who is reporting that the pictures of Sophia got her kicked off of Snapchat! Perez is reporting that Sophia, who used the social media networking site to “connect” with fans of the show (though how, or why, that’s appropriate remains a mystery to those with common sense), was in violation of the terms of service for posting the photos. But Sophia’s violations go deeper than the types of photos she posted on the app: the terms of service specifically state that all users must be at least 13 years old before they can use the app. Since Sophia is only 7, she’s too young to be on the app, so her account was deleted (and thus, mothers everywhere breathed a collective sigh of relief).

But Radar Online has the most disturbing Farrah Abraham rumors of all: the reason Sophia was kicked off the Snapchat app wasn’t because of her age, or because of the content she was posting, but because she was actively soliciting texts from strangers. At one point, Sophia was receiving so many texts that she had to get back on the app to tell people to “stop” texting her because they were coming in at a rate faster than she could handle.

Farrah, of course, was well aware of her daughter’s behavior on Snapchat, and not only did she approve of her daughter’s behavior on social media, but actively encouraged other people to get in touch with her daughter. She told Radar that what Sophia was doing was, in fact, a good thing.

“I’m right there. Seven-year-olds are lighthearted when it comes to Snapchat. If she wants messages and she’s hyper then good for her before bed time.”

But many users of the online app were quick to write to the company’s CEO to tell him that Sophia’s behavior was not only dangerous to her but could subject Snapchat to liability.

“Isn’t @SophiaLAbraham like… 7 yrs old? WHY is she begging ppl to text her?!?! Scariest @Snapchat ever. SHUT IT DOWN. How do I report a 7-year-old with her own public account? Username is SophiaLAbraham @snapchatsupport.”

To Snapchat’s credit, they immediately deactivated Sophia’s account upon receiving word of its existence.
