Is Nick Viall Engaged? Reality Steve’s ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Spoilers Wrong, Four Engagements On ‘Paradise’ Finale?

Nick Viall has a reputation for being a villain in the Bachelor franchise, but the 35-year-old software sales rep-turned-Wilhelmina model is one of the most well-liked contestants on the current season of Bachelor in Paradise.

Although his first two dates in Paradise didn’t lead to a love connection, Nick hit it off immediately with Jen Saviano who arrived in Paradise on Week 3. Spoilers point to Nick making it far this season, and a major hint from ABC hints that Nick gets engaged on the season finale, something that will prove Reality Steve‘s Bachelor in Paradise spoilers wrong.

Here’s the latest scoop on the outcome of Nick Viall’s third try at finding love on TV, one that many fans hope will end with Nick leaving Paradise with his bride-to-be.

Nick arrived in Paradise on the season premiere, and it wasn’t long before he was out on a date with Leah Block from Ben Higgins’ season of the Bachelor. Although he didn’t have much chemistry with Leah, he appeared to be very happy to score a date with Amanda Stanton.

However, according to a post on Amanda’s personal blog, what viewers saw on TV wasn’t what she experienced on her date with Nick. The single mom revealed that although she had a crush on Nick before filming Paradise, he told her ahead of time that he was really looking forward to meeting Jen Saviano who didn’t arrive until Week 3.

“[Nick] had told me he was considering going because he was very interested in getting to know Jen Saviano… I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a big BIG crush on Nick going into Paradise…but I knew how interested he was in Jen so I figured he was uninterested in me!”

According to Reality Steve, Nick and Jen quickly become a solid couple in Paradise and make it to the season finale that airs on September 6 along with Josh and Amanda, Grant and Lace, Evan and Carly, and Wells and Ashley.

Toward the end of ABC’s video preview below, Nick is shown picking out a ring with the help of jeweler Neil Lane, something he did on both Andi and Kaitlyn’s season of the Bachelorette.

Although Reality Steve‘s spoilers point to Nick and Jen spending the night in the Fantasy Suite and breaking off their relationship before the final rose ceremony, the clip that shows Nick picking out a ring has many fans hopeful that the spoilers are wrong.

Steve says there are three engagements — Carly and Evan, Josh and Amanda, and Grant and Lace, but Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss tweeted on the last day of filming back in June that there were “multiple engagements,” so is it possible that producers kept Nick’s engagement a secret?

Steve maintains that his spoilers are correct, stating that he was informed that Nick and Jen’s breakup was “amicable” and their decision to break up may have been based on the fact that Nick lives in L.A. and Jen lives in Florida.

“Their breakup I’m hearing was amicable. When the process of this show basically forces a couple to ‘stay together or break up,’ and you have a couple that’s known each other for about 10 days you can see why a decision was made to break up.”

Fans will have to wait two weeks to find out if the spoilers are correct or if Nick finally got a chance to get down on one knee and propose in Paradise.
