‘The Bachelorette’ 2017: Kendall Jenner Expresses Interest, Kris Jenner Approves

Kendall Jenner wants to be the next Bachelorette. The 20-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is reportedly tired of being called “the dull one” in the family and is ready to join another reality show.

In an interview with Vogue, Kendall Jenner shared that she would love to make a cameo on The Bachelorette. Celeb Dirty Laundry held that the show would be perfect for Kendall given how she hasn’t been in a “steady relationship for two years.” The outlet, however, pointed out that her mom, Kris Jenner, might not be too thrilled to see Kendall on another reality show, thinking it would pose a threat for KUWTK.

“This would conflict with the ratings for Keeping Up With The Kardashians as more viewers would no doubt be tuning in to see Kendall Jenner find love on The Bachelorette. Plus, with weak story lines and waning interest in the Kardashian family these days, Kris Jenner is desperate to stir any kind of drama before her show ends up getting canceled by the next season.”

On the contrary, when Kris appeared on Bachelor Live last January, the momager, seemed interested in getting one of her daughters to join The Bachelor. Back then, Kris said that Kendall had no interest in being a part of The Bachelor but she was confident that she could change her mind.

“I don’t know. I would say, like, one of the younger ones, but Kendall Jenner wouldn’t go for it. I don’t know. I could talk them into it, though,” she said.

While it could be interesting to see Kendall Jenner on The Bachelorette 2017, the supermodel is reportedly off the market. Kendall was spotted getting cozy with rapper A$AP Rocky, real name Rakim Mayers. An insider even confirmed to Us Weekly that the two are “full on dating.”

A$AP Rocky’s stepmom, Kari Mayers, was not too happy when she found out about the two’s budding relationship. In an interview with Daily Mail, Mayers said that her son could do much better than Jenner. Kari, who married A$AP Rocky’s dad, Adrian, said that she knew all about the Kardashian clan’s reputation and would not want to see his stepson getting involved with the family drama.

“I’ve heard all about him dating Kendall and I don’t like it. Everything I hear about the Kardashians makes me think they are a bad family for Rakim to be involved with. They are just not the kind of people I’d like to see him hanging around with,’ Kari said. I don’t want him being dragged into that circus, he is too good for that and can do so much better.”

Mayers also shared that they have met A$AP Rocky’s ex-girlfriends, Iggy Azalea and Chanel Iman. She said that they were disappointed when they heard that his relationship with Azalea ended, as she was such a “lovely” and “down to earth” girl. While A$AP Rocky could be in a serious relationship with Kendall Jenner at the moment, his stepmom insisted that it will not last long. She said that the rapper took after his dad, who was a “major player” and a “womanizer.”

“He might be dating Kendall but I honestly cannot see him settling down any time soon. He is just like his dad, who was a major player and had 12 kids in total by four different woman. He was a womanizer and I think Rakim is too. But Rakim is loving his life right now and doing his thing and I can’t see that changing any time soon, not even for a Kardashian.”
