Meghan King Edmonds Gave Husband An Ultimatum So They Could Have A Baby
On this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, everyone has been watching as Meghan King Edmonds has tried to get pregnant and her husband doesn’t seem interested in what is going on with her at all. Now it is coming out that Jim didn’t even want to have another child, but he did decide to do it to make his wife happy. Radar Online shared the details about what is coming out about Meghan King Edmonds’ pregnancy.
Meghan King Edmonds has shared that Jim is still not very interested in her pregnancy. Luckily, the viewers will get to see a lot of this go down on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Meghan had to utilize IVF to become pregnant. Jim had his sperm frozen just in case, and they were able to use these and have their own children together. The crazy thing is that Meghan later admitted that she told Jim to either give her a baby or get a divorce. Jim already has other children, but Meghan didn’t have any of her own, and this was something she wasn’t willing to live without.
Meghan has been making videos to send to Jim during this entire process. He hasn’t always been home when important things were going on. Meghan King Edmonds has posted a lot of these on her Instagram page as well so the fans can see them. Now Meghan has been sharing videos of she giving herself shots and how painful it is to do. When Meghan had her embryo transfer, she ended up on bedrest for two days. Jim wasn’t around, and as fans saw on the show, her mom actually took her to some of the really important appointments.

Jim Edmonds wasn’t always around for Meghan, but part of it was because he was off working. One time, Jim went off golfing instead of coming to be by his wife’s side. Meghan also shared some details about their big decision. She said that they actually conceived four embryos, but only picked two to transfer to her uterus. Meghan made the choice to pick one boy because the other potential child had Down Syndrome and they also picked the healthiest girl. They were hoping they would have twins, but the boy embryo didn’t develop, which means Meghan is pregnant with just one healthy little girl.

“I’m so over the moon! I couldn’t believe it the first time I peed on a stick, and I saw that little line kind of get a little darker. It was just such a long process with the IVF, step by step by step with so much information. I’ve always dreamed of this, but it’s still such a miracle. I can’t even describe the feeling.”
Meghan King Edmonds did also admit that she told Jim if they didn’t have a baby then he couldn’t have her either. Some people think that it was taking it a bit too far, but Meghan doesn’t seem to see the problem with it. Everything worked out in the end because she is getting her baby, but she also got to keep her husband, Jim, as well.
