The Kardashian-Jenner Diets, All The Secrets

The Kardashian-Jenner ladies are all for sharing their tips and tricks when it comes to beauty, fashion, and fitness. One topic that isn’t shared all that often by the reality stars involves their diet and their favorite foods. What has been relayed by the girls is that Kylie Jenner loves putting garlic powder, butter, and an egg into her ramen. We also know that Kim loves to make soul food. What else do these reality icons eat? Giant salads are a love of all the girls in the fam, but the KUWTK celebs eat a range of other foods that may have you strangely intrigued and reminded that even celebrities indulge.

Khloe Kardashian was sure to spill all about what the ladies in her family indulge in on a daily basis. The tell-all shows how different the women all are about what they put in their bodies. Khloe started by sharing what youngest sister Kylie eats, noting that she’s the typical teenager but is also super aware as to what she puts in her body, as Cosmopolitan shares.

“When it comes to fresh and organic foods, it’s all about that moderation, boo!”

Although Kendall is probably the slimmest of the Kardashian-Jenner girls, it must be due to one fast metabolism, from what Khloe states about her supermodel sister.

“People always find it funny that Kenny is on the anti-model diet… She loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time. Kendall is my go-to-girl on cheat day!”

Apparently, Queen Kim is on one super strict diet at the moment and credits it for getting her slim waistline back following giving birth to Saint West late last year. Khloe shares that the diet Kim swears by is none other than Atkins, which cuts out all carbs and sugars. The talk show host is adamant that there is no way she could follow the restrictive diet for more than a day.

“I wouldn’t last a day on Kim’s new diet. It involves cutting out all sugar and carbs but it allows meat and dairy. I like sweets too much and also don’t eat red meat or dairy so I’m saying hell no to this one!”

As for Kourtney’s diet, the oldest of the crew is apparently the craziest about strict and healthy intake of fully organic and gluten-free food. Khloe shares how the eldest Kardashian sister makes her feel a little bit secretive about what she keeps in her cupboards for fear of being scolded by the mother of two.

“Kourt only eats organic food and has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too. She’s by far the most cray about her diet! I always feel like I need to lock my pantry before she comes over so she doesn’t yell at me for what’s in it, LOL.”

Keeping their selfie-worthy figures is clearly important to all of the Kardashian-Jenner girls. Each woman has a shape that is all her own and although the women of the famous family are seen at times as a bit obnoxious due to their incessant selfie-taking and the idea that they are famous for being famous, Kim, Kylie, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kendall can all be praised for reminding the world that curves are beautiful. Before the hit reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians taking over the airwaves, women were all about the thin athletic frames and millions saw Victoria’s Secret models as the prototypes for what they should aspire to look like. Kim Kardashian made curves sexy and sought after by women the world over.
