Victoria’s Secret supermodel Izabel Goulart opened up to Vogue about her workout that will help give you a bikini body that’s ready for those hot Brazilian beaches. Goulart revealed that fitness has always been an important part of her life, as she grew up playing sports.
“Sport has been part of my life since [I was] very young,” Goulart told the publication. “Growing up, I was always the tallest girl in the class, so volleyball and basketball came naturally to me.”
Now, the Victoria’s Secret model is busy traveling the world in between going to Rio, Paris, and New York City. She says she has to make working out an important part of her schedule.
“I have a personal goal to work out one hour daily, no matter how busy my schedule is. Exercise just brings me a lot of focus and dedication to my everyday life.”
Because of this, Goulart has developed her Body By Ibiza workout plan. Since its launch, several followers have followed her #BodyByIbiza hashtag closely on social media. Goulart credits the results of her high-intensity workout, which she’s proud to be doing in her native country this month.
“Copacabana Beach in Rio is the best place to run and exercise in all of Brazil. Just the energy in Copacabana makes you want to move.”
Goulart has shared her workout with Vogue, which only involves four simple, but intense moves that you can perform anywhere.

In addition, the South American nation issued new health guidelines that focuses on more nutrients, fresh fruits, and vegetables. The new guidelines will bring healthy diets that “derive from socially and environmentally sustainable food systems.” For example, the new federal school lunch program will require “70 percent of funds be spent on natural, unprocessed ingredients.”
Brazil is trying its hardest to tackle both hunger, and an unhealthy lifestyle. By cutting down on processed food and sugar, and sticking to one of the Brazilian workout plans, you too can get an Olympic body.
