Bethenny Frankel Says Luann Should Learn About Decency -- Not Her!

Bethenny Frankel decided to confront Luann de Lesseps on their trip to Miami after she learned of some incriminating evidence against Luann's future husband, Thomas D'Agostino. It's no secret that all of the women felt that there were plenty of red flags in regards to D'Agostino, but Luann managed to look past them all.

Bethenny, however, felt it was necessary for her to share the news that he had cheated on de Lesseps just 48 hours before their engagement party. Many Real Housewives of New York viewers felt that Bethenny should have told her co-star the news in private, and she faced criticism for her decision to share the news in front of the cameras.

According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel is now revealing that she doesn't regret how she handled the situation. Many people felt that she should have taken Luann aside to share the news, but Frankel says that she decided to do it in front of the cameras because it was part of the show. As she admits, she's filming a reality show, and his questionable behavior has been a big part of this season of The Real Housewives of New York. When a fan asked Frankel about why she chose to share the news on the show, she had an interesting answer.

"Cuz i'm on a reality show vs 'days of our lives' or a blank screen," Bethenny Frankel revealed on Twitter, to which one person wrote, "So are you saying you did this for shock value or for ratings? I know you're a truth cannon, but what about plain ol' decency?"

"Decency isn't dating & sleeping w someone 2 of your friends have been dating simultaneously. Water seeks its own level," Bethenny Frankel replied, which is interesting because Luann has been a bad friend to both Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer.

"You also don't have to take so much pleasure out of hurting someone it's sic. You and Carole were beaming," one person wrote to Frankel, slamming her way of handling the situation as both Carole Radziwill and Ramona learned of the news before de Lesseps.

Even though Luann was clearly hurt with the possibility that Thomas had cheated on her, Bethenny had no regrets in how she handled everything. She decided to talk to Ramona and Carole about the situation first, because she trusted them. They clearly know Luann and they knew how heartbroken she would be when she found out about it. Before Frankel could show her the picture, she rushed out of the room in tears. It was as if she knew it was a possibility and that she didn't need to see the proof to know that it was true. As for Bethenny, she has no regrets about how she handled everything.

"Dorinda, You seem to forget we see how you stir the pot and start trouble. Bethenny did what a TRUE friend would do #RHONY," one person wrote in support of Frankel, who replied with, "I would do it exactly the same again. You talk to someone you trust."

In her blog for the show, Luann revealed that she felt completely blindsided by the news. And rather than focus the cheating itself, she called out Bethenny Frankel as being a bad friend.

"I was blindsided when Bethenny shared with me what her friend saw at the Regency, and I asked the crew to stop filming me so I could process in private. My reaction was honest, and I was in pain," de Lesseps revealed on her Bravo blog for The Real Housewives of New York.

What do you think of Bethenny Frankel standing by her decision to tell Luann in front of the cameras? Do you think Luann should learn something about decency?
