Kendall Jenner is opening up about her diet, including what she willingly eats and won’t eat. Most would assume that the 20-year-old has a strict modeling diet, but she pretty much eats whatever she wants. Kendall has admitted in an interview with PeopleStyle that her diet is kind of “s**t.”
Kendall Jenner doesn’t have as strict of a diet as one would assume. She admits that she goes to In-N-Out burger “all the time,” much like her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, who just documented her latest trip to the fast-food joint after returning from her Turks and Caicos vacation with her boyfriend, Tyga.
Kendall Jenner’s half-sister Khloe Kardashian revealed that her famous sister often visits the fast-food joint and that she loves eating pizza. In a new blog post titled “KHLO-FIT: My Sisters’ Diets Are Crazy,” Kardashian, 31, opened up about sister Jenner’s food weaknesses, according to the Hamilton Speculator.
“She loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time. Kendall is my go-to girl on cheat day!” she said kindly about her sister’s food obsessions.
Kendall is blessed with good genes, so she can eat pretty much whatever she wants and work out afterwards. But there is one food she won’t eat: pancakes. According to FoodBeast, Kendall suffers from trypophobia, which involves a fear of tiny dots or holes. According to her latest blog post, pancakes that bubble trigger that fear inside her.
“It sounds ridiculous but so many people actually have it,” Jenner wrote on her website and app. “I can’t even look at holes, it gives me the worst anxiety. Who knows what’s in there?”

According to the report, Jenner follows a low-carb Paleo style diet, which means she only eats foods that are low in carbs and heavy in protein. It doesn’t look like In-N-Out burgers and French fries fit that diet, though. Jenner’s diet often consists of fresh fruits and vegetables and green tea, which helped her lose 15 pounds before she walked the catwalk for Chanel’s Spring 2016 collection back in January.
Some of the other foods in her diet include apple cider vinegar and oatmeal with eggs and avocado. She will sometimes consume these foods to start her day off on the right foot, according to another report via Foods 4 Better Health.
When it comes to working out, Kendall likes to run and perform other forms of cardio to attain her flat tummy and super-toned body. She also stresses on getting seven to eight hours of sleep, instead of partying all night long.
Back in June, OK! Magazine exposed the secrets behind Jenner’s crazy diet. Sources told the tabloid that she banned solid foods so she can appear as thin as the other models on the runway.
“She’s the skinniest she’s ever been. Her legs are like twigs,” an alleged concerned friend said. “She’s normally like around 125lbs, but she’s lost at least 10lbs in the past few months from eating nothing but shakes, juices – and champagne.”
The source said that Kendall’s goal is to be under 110 pounds with a 20-inch waist and that her family is enabling her dangerous eating habits. Gossip Cop quickly denied that report, stating that Kendall enjoys salads and, of course, her In-N-Out burgers. Kendall has no desire to look like the waif-thin models of the ’90s. It seems like Kendall is more into veteran supermodels like Cindy Crawford, as seen in on her Instagram page.
Certainly, Kendall Jenner needs to stay in shape for her modeling career, but her diet is healthy and well-balanced enough that she can enjoy the foods she likes on her “cheat” days.
