Khloe Kardashian isn’t known for holding back when it comes to her feelings about her Keeping Up with the Kardashians sisters. So when she decided it was time to dish on the diets of everyone from 70-pound weight-loss winner Kim Kardashian to lip-kit queen Kylie Jenner, Khloe wrote a blog entitled “KHLO-FIT: My Sisters’ Diets Are Cray,” noted the Daily Mail.
Since achieving her own weight loss success, the fitness-focused and diet-devoted reality TV star, 32, has become a detective when it comes to evaluating her sisters’ diets. And as she noted in the headline for her blog, in which she described their diets as “cray” (i.e. crazy), Kardashian is not impressed with any of them.
“You won’t believe what my sisters actually eat,” asserted Khloe. “We all have such different eating habits that sometimes when we’re trying to choose a restaurant I wonder if we’re even related.”
Kim Kardashian’s 70-Pound Weight Loss
In analyzing her sister Kim, who shed 70 pounds after her son, Saint, was born in December, Khloe revealed that Kardashian has eliminated all carbohydrates and sugar. Kim’s low carb diet emphasizes meat and dairy, noted her sister.
That low-carb food plan is a dramatic contrast to Khloe’s own weight loss diet because she has eliminated dairy and red meat. In addition, Kardashian confessed that while the mother of North and Saint avoids sugar, she herself loves sweet treats. Sugar-filled cereals and cake mix have prominent places in Khloe’s pantry.
Consequently, the 32-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star did not hesitate to slam Kim’s weight loss plan.
“I’m saying hell no to [Kim’s diet]!”
However, Kim made it clear that she has learned to make allowances for her low-carb diet even when dining out. Kardashian shared that she has two favored restaurants where she lives and has discovered what she can order.
At Sugarfish, Kim goes for the “soooo yummy” blue crab cut roll, while at Maria’s Italian Kitchen, the reality TV star requests the Cleopatra salad, adding sesame chicken but eliminating dressing.
Kendall Jenner Drives Into In-N-Out
A supermodel at 20, Kendall is the queen of the drive-through, revealed Khloe. And unless she’s planning a cheat day herself, it’s not food that Khloe allows on her own diet.
“She loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time.”
Describing Jenner as her “go-to girl on cheat day,” Kardashian didn’t comment on the baffling fact that her sister is reported as 119 pounds at five feet, 10 inches while supposedly living on fast food. Moreover, as a model, Kendall experiences pressure to maintain her slender figure.

At 36, mom of three Kourtney is dedicated to going organic.
“Kourt only eats organic food and has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too.”
In addition, Khloe revealed that Kourtney has taken on the role of food cop, admitting that she considers locking up her pantry to avoid having Kardashian yell at her for the contents.
Kylie Jenner Finds Joy In Junk Food
Just like her sister Kendall, Kylie hasn’t tried to hide that she’s a fan of fast food as well. She’s been spotted at In-N-Out Burger with her boyfriend, Tyga.
And while Khloe admitted that Kylie “eats like a typical teenager,” she also singled out her younger sister as the only one who earned a combination of praise with the shade.
“Kylie [is] also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods,’ she said, taking time to offer some guidance to Jenner by urging, “It’s all about that moderation, boo!”
Jenner has made it clear she feels no shame in her fast-food habits by turning to Snapchat to flaunt her favorite food.
While she took time to criticize her sisters, Khloe skipped describing her own diet plan. However, People reports that Kardashian shed 40 pounds with a dairy-free diet and gym workouts.
Lifestyle Changes = 40-Pound Weight Loss
Rather than focus on dieting, Khloe believes in lifestyle changes.
“You have to change your diet little by little. That’s why diets fail,” Kardashian contended. “I try to do lifestyle changes. For breakfast, I love eggs and oatmeal!”
Khloe also loves salads, frequently joined in that veggie habit by her Kardashian sisters.
“I always have a salad,” she added. “If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians, all you see is my sisters Kourtney, Kim and me binging on salads!”
As for carbohydrates, while Kim has chosen a low-carb diet, Khloe also skips some forms of carbs, particularly at night.
“I eat chicken and vegetables with a sweet potato or rice as my carb,” she revealed.
“I’m not a pasta girl, and I don’t eat bread at night.”
For those thinking that sounds depressing, Kardashian does allow treats. But she emphasizes moderation, from alcohol to candy to pizza.
“I’ll have a handful of M&M’s or a piece of pizza. If I drink, I have one or two glasses,” explained the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. “It’s about understanding limitations.”
