During the current election year, a name we’ve heard many times in the past has been mentioned more and more. George Soros, a Hungarian-American business mogul with dual citizenship, is at the very least a controversial figure, and at most, a poisonous puppet-master with nefarious plans for the United States. There is no question regarding the immense wealth and power of Soros, but there are other issues not so easily settled. Value Walk even went so far as to subtitle an article with the statement, “The exact motivations of George Soros are officially unknown.” He recently doubled his bet against the S&P 500 stock index. The Soros family has doubled exposure to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF, purchasing nearly an extra 2 million “put” shares. There is no question as to the massive financial holdings of Soros, his family, and his organizations. But what is it really that leads to so much distrust for George Soros? Is it his savvy financial dealings or is there something more?
There’s plenty more, according to critics and those suspicious of his involvements. Recent documents confirm that Soros’ Open Society Institute approved $650,000 to “invest in technical assistance and support for the groups at the grassroots level of the #BlackLivesMatter movement, according to a report from Breitbart. The Institute saw the 2015 Baltimore rioting and unrest after the death of Freddie Gray as a “unique opportunity” to create “accountability” for the Baltimore police while assisting activists in reforming the city of Baltimore. This and other information apparently came from a detailed 69-page Open Society Institute report from hacked documents that have been reviewed by Breitbart Jerusalem. There’s still more. In the following video, Bill O’Reilly claims to expose George Soros as an evil puppet-master. While searching for information on George Soros, the term puppet-master comes up often.
Another source of suspicion over the doings of George Soros stems from Soros’ Open Society Foundation having spent $1.8 million to improve the image of Somalian refugees in Europe and to fight Islamophobia, as also revealed by Breitbart. Although Somalian refugees have been largely associated with numerous crimes in areas where they’ve settled, Soros’ Open Society believes the poor image of Somalians stems from issues in the media and not the actual problems that led to the creation of that negative image.
So where does that leave George Soros in the court of public opinion? All over the map, apparently. Some of his statements steer clear of the middle and lean far into disputable territory, politically speaking. Many have claimed that George Soros is the ultimate power behind not only the majority of news media but President Barack Obama and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton as well. In fact, another tinder-box in the current volatile election politics is a recently leaked email that Breitbart says proves George Soros gave “marching orders” to Hillary Clinton and her State department.

Newly leaked documents from the Open Society Foundations by website DC Leaks show the organized web of funding that George Soros and Open Society have become infamous for. One particular report shows funding for an initiative to promote the image of Somalians in Europe who, according to the report, are in the top 10 most discriminated people on the continent. According to the foundation, the real problem is the image of Somalians in the media and not the problems that have led to the creation of that image.
Speaking for himself, George Soros speaks openly in this video about the new world order.
Another example of George Soros’ determination to steer far from the safety of middle ground is his unwavering defense of Palestinians against Israelis, whom he calls unjustly violent. Many Americans continue to see Israel as our ally and believe the Israelis have every right to protect their territory, Jerusalem, from Palestinian invasion. Not so, says Soros.
For Palestinians under Israeli occupation, the only system to pursue justice is apathetic, slow and very limited. https://t.co/7YzWxfLmdt— George Soros (@georgesoros) July 14, 2016
Still even others insist that George Soros is at the pinnacle of the powers-that-be, the Illuminati. In fact, the highly controversial Alex Jones of Infowars released many videos that he says prove Soros is a dangerous, poisonous man with nefarious schemes. This one implicates him in the ever-increasing racial divide in the U.S. and the movement #BlackLivesMatter.
Clearly, just as Americans take sides in the political realm, the racial divides, and minorities against police, they will not see eye to eye on George Soros’ position behind the scenes. According to a recent article by the Inquisitr, controversies surrounding the man are nothing new as back in 2016 he was connected to the Ferguson protests. What do you think?
