Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Enjoy A ‘Day Off’ In The Midst Of Her Tour

One month into Gwen Stefani’s This is What the Truth Feels Like Tour, the singer was able to take a break from traveling and enjoy some quiet time with boyfriend Blake Shelton at his Oklahoma home.

On Monday, the 46-year-old singer shared several Snapchat photos with her fans and followers in which she and her boyfriend of nearly one year were seen on their “day off” at his ranch.

According to a report by the Daily Mail on August 15, Gwen Stefani’s tour mates and her sons, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2, were also in Oklahoma with Shelton, who is currently in the midst of production on the upcoming 11th season of NBC’s The Voice.

In photos from the trip, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were both seen wearing baseball caps and baggy shirts, which is pretty out-of-the-oridinary for style icon Stefani, who is known for her rocker chic style and bold makeup. In other photos, Gwen Stefani revealed she and her crew were getting some of their “tour laundry” done at Shelton’s home while the 39-year-old country singer chopped away in the kitchen.

“What you making Blake-y?” Gwen Stefani was heard asking her boyfriend in one of her social media posts.

In response, Shelton informed her that he was cooking up some “cheese dip” for his large group of house guests.

Prior to their trip to Oklahoma, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were seen together in Dallas, where Shelton joined Stefani on stage for a rendition of their popular duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart.” During Saturday’s show, Stefani and Shelton kept their eyes locked on one another, as Today reported, and couldn’t have been any cuter as they surprised Stefani’s fans.

Below are several of the lyrics from Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s song.

“I never ever meant to get so into you
Thought I was using you just to get me through
You know I’m broken I don’t trust anyone
Last thing I needed was to fall in love
You got me dreaming got me thinking I got some hope
There is nobody and someone to get to know
But I’m so scared I don’t know what to do
How did you get me so into you.”

At the end of last year, when their relationship was just beginning, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton wrote a song together, and months later, they debuted “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” on The Voice, the series that brought them together. Around the same time, they both opened up about creating the track.

“Anytime I’ve ever collaborated with anyone, it’s always my favorite,” Gwen Stefani revealed to Entertainment Tonight. “But to do something with him — because he’s so talented and comes from such a different world — to make music together, it was just so shocking! So amazing to do it live and share it with everybody.”

“[The song] is very personal for us both because, you know, we obviously have this bond that is remarkable together,” Shelton explained to Entertainment Tonight, according to a report by Rolling Stone. “I hesitate to brag on it too much, but I really think that it’s as good of a song as I’ve ever written in my life.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been spotted together on a number of her tour stops, and as the events continue, fans are sure to see more of her man.
