Justin Bieber Slams Selena Gomez On Instagram For Cheating With Zayn Malik: Twitter Roars
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have succeeded in heating up their war of words on Instagram with accusations of cheating. And just when the internet thought that the social media slander couldn’t get any worse, the Biebs took their war to a new level by bringing Zayn Malik into the battle, according to Us Weekly.
How The War of Words Began
The battle started when Beliebers slammed the “Sorry” singer’s new gal pal, Sofia Richie, for their attacks on her. He responded by threatening those fans that he would transform his Instagram account into a private space.
Gomez, in turn, attacked Bieber, defending his loyal followers. But it was her accusations that he cheated on her when they were involved in a romantic relationship that shocked everyone. The pop princess linked the backlash from Beliebers with her allegations that her former boyfriend cheated on her.
“Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are mad.”
#SelenaEndedJustinParty Hashtag Turns Into Twitter Trend
Twitter held a party, with the hashtag #SelenaEndedJustinParty trending. But while Twitter mocked the battle between the “Same Old Love” singer and the “Sorry” singer, the Biebs blasted his former sweetheart for cheating on him with Zayn Malik.
“I cheated.. oh I forgot about You and Zayn?”
Ouch. For those thinking that the allegation that Malik and Gomez were involved in a romantic relationship came out of left field, Selena had previously commented about the possibility of dating Zayn. (Malik currently is linked to Gigi Hadid.) However, her revelation about Zayn was not related to the time period in which she and Justin were lovebirds.
“If [Malik] had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him,” confessed the former Disney star.
Then she attempted to play down her confession — well, sort of.
“Just kidding, but not kidding,” added the “Come & Get It” singer.
Just When You Thought It Couldn’t Get More Complicated, It Does
Gomez and Taylor Swift are famed for their close friendship. And in one of those everyone’s connected entertainment industry coincidences, Taylor just happened to have dated Zayn’s pal and ex-bandmate Harry Styles.
In addition, sometimes the inside scoop on which celebrity is following which star tells an entire story. Justin began following Selena in June. That marked the first time that he had followed her on Instagram since their famous breakup of their it’s-on, it’s-off love affair in November 2014. But what a difference an Instagram post can make!
Bieber Unfollows Gomez
Just in case there was any doubt in his anger over the cheating accusations, the singer just took the dramatic move of unfollowing Gomez, according to Elle.
In doing so, he missed Selena’s response to his attack on his Beliebers, with a showcase of fan photos in which she flaunted her love for her own fans.
“My whole life. You matter most. Thank you for letting me do what I love every day,” wrote the grateful pop princess.
She received love right back from her grateful Selenators, as they’re known.
“WE LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING,” summed up one fan.
“LOVE YOU FOR EXPOSING JUSTIN SOOOOO FUNNY,” wrote another.
Twitter Gets Dramatic, And It’s More Entertaining Than Hiddleswift
Twitter did not disappoint in reactions to the Instagram battle, pointed out People.

But amid the party, what about Zayn?
Malik And Gigi Hadid Hurt By Cheating Claims?
Rising supermodel Gigi, 21, and Zayn, 23, looked glum holding hands after they arrived at LAX recently, according to the Daily Mail.
Hadid and Malik have been involved in a romantic relationship since November. But although the paparazzi’s presence and flashing cameras are familiar, the two did not smile. Zayn used a pulled-down baseball cap to try to hide his face as much as possible, while Gigi avoided displaying any emotion upon their arrival in Los Angeles.
Malik’s model girlfriend looked impeccably attired in a sheer white blouse and denim jeans, while Zayn was a dramatic contrast with a monochrome black outfit. Topping his black shirt and pants was a denim jacket splattered with paint.
But that glum look may just be part of Malik’s admitted fondness for appearing “scruffy.”
“It’s about being happy to look a bit scruffy,” explained Zayn. “I just got into the whole rock sort of feel to clothes—big boots, skinny jeans, and dark T-shirt, and rings.”
Not only is he fulfilling his desire to display the “whole rock” feel, Malik also revealed what could be an indication that getting tossed into the scuffle between Gomez and Bieber will not impact his romance with Hadid. He revealed that he is following Gigi’s path into the fashion world with both footwear deals and style pacts.
“I’m being very, like, blessed at the minute by God or whoever it is, fate or whatever.”
Zayn shared that there are many offers that have “come our way at the minute” that relate to various aspects of the fashion world. And he feels that there are no limits to the possibilities.
“Hopefully I get involved in all of them,” added Malik enthusiastically. “I’d love to just continually have a presence because I feel like it’s very heavily tied into music and the image and the fashion, and it’s all kind of one thing.”
