Heather Dubrow’s New Mansion Has Unwanted Visitors: ‘RHOC’ Star Blames Her Kids

Heather Dubrow has been working on her mansion for years, and she’s worked hard on creating the person home for her family. When fans met the Dubrow family, they were living in a mansion that they had created for themselves and it was a perfect home – until they had a fourth child. Their youngest daughter wasn’t planned but happened suddenly. This meant that they didn’t have enough bedrooms and needed to find a mansion with enough bedrooms for all of them. On The Real Housewives of Orange County, Heather and her husband decided to buy the land they needed to build their dream home, and they have been building their mansion ever since.

According to a new Radar Online report, Heather Dubrow is now revealing that they are moving into the home, leaving their small rental home behind. They have been staying in the rental home for quite some time, but the time has come to move into the mansion. But sadly, Heather is now dealing with a new issue — and it’s an issue that she doesn’t want to deal with. On her podcast, Dubrow revealed that her children had forgotten to close a single door in the home after playing on a trampoline and mice got into the home. Rather than one, the family is now dealing with an infestation of mice.

“We have these sliders in the back of our house and the kids left the door open at night because they were jumping on the trampoline and a little mouse came in,” Heather Dubrow revealed on her podcast, Heather Dubrow’s World, adding, “So now we have mice in the house.”

But it sounds like Dubrow doesn’t want the kill the mice in the home. Instead, Heather Dubrow would prefer to just open the door and let them run out so they can find another home. While she doesn’t want them in her home, she does want them to find another home — and preferably alive.

“We called the exterminator. I don’t want to kill the mice, we just don’t want them living in the house,” Dubrow explained on her podcast, sharing that she had no plans of killing them.

Heather has been working on the home for a long time, as they started building the home back in 2014. They had a party where they made the first dig in the ground to start building the home, and their construction project has been a huge part of the show. In addition, Heather Dubrow has been very vocal about how little Terry has been involved in creating the home for them. They did fight over the home, but it was a clear source of frustration for Heather.

“The HOUSE!!! When my builder, Robert St. John came over I knew we had a little problem in the bar, but I didn’t realize we had to redesign the thing! Ugh! I’m ready to be done! I love how he said we should be in by May latest – well, it’s July and we are still not in!!!” Heather Dubrow explained in her blog for The Real Housewives of Orange County, according to Bravo. “I realize being passive aggressive about Terry leaving on Mother’s Day is ridiculous, but at this point I’m over it. He’s a pleaser and wants to say yes to everyone but me and the kids have been getting the short end of the stick for a long time while he shoots two TV shows. Time for things to change.”

What do you think of Heather Dubrow’s new problem with the mice? Are you surprised that she’s faced so many hurdles and challenges with this home, only to have her children’s mistake cause even more trouble for her?
