Katy Perry Allegedly Planning An Album About Taylor Swift With Tracks Like ‘Crocodile Tears’ And ‘Last Cry’

Katy Perry and Taylor Swift’s feud appears to be far from over, as the 31-year-old songstress is allegedly planning a “revenge album” aimed at the 26-year-old musician. Perry reportedly registered various song titles with Swift in mind such as “Crocodile Tears,” “Last Cry,” “She’s So Creepy,” and “Victory.” As per a Hollywood Life report, the “Rise” singer is brimming with ideas.

“Katy has so many ideas — she just finished a song about karma and how trying to smear someone’s name can bite you in the butt. Pretty much the entire album is going to be aimed at Taylor, and it will be so obvious who the songs are about. Katy is kind of starting a musical WWIII.”

The publication previously reported that Perry penned various tracks about her feud with Swift. However, she decided not to release them, thinking that the strategy would come off as immature.

Her decision might have changed following Calvin Harris’ Twitter confirmation that Swift indeed tried to “bury” her former pal. The particular tweet is now deleted, but it led to a #TaylorSwiftIsOver Twitter party.

Perry’s father, Keith Hudson, also hinted that the feud “ain’t over yet.” Radar Online reported last month that the “Dark Horse” singer had “been buried in meetings with her label execs” to ensure that the album would “blow her competition out of the water.”

She allegedly wanted the songs to reveal how Swift manipulates the people around her. The two used to be so close that they even shared the stage together for a performance.

Even after their first meeting in 2008 at the VMAs, the pair continued to share Twitter pleasantries. Who could forget how Perry urged her fans to support Swift?

In 2013, the “Styles” artist sent one final tweet to her then friend. Perry, however, did not reply.

In September 2014, Swift revealed to Rolling Stone that “Bad Blood” is about a fellow female artist who attempted to ruin her entire “Red” arena tour.

Perry allegedly “stole” Swift’s dancers mid-tour but speaking to Examiner in 2013, Lockhart Brownlie said that Perry only contacted the two other dancers who originally worked for her because she wanted to book them again. Brownlie joined his two fellow dancers because he said “they weren’t really dancing in Taylor’s tour anyway.”

Last month wasn’t exactly the best for Swift, for she also came under fire after Kim Kardashian revealed that she knew about Kanye West’s track all along.

When West released her new single “Famous,” Swift felt offended by a line that said West made her famous. Her camp said that she didn’t know about the song, but Kardashian apparently recorded the phone call between West and Swift that belied the latter’s claim.

With the help of her best friend Jonathan Cheban, West’s wife went into detail about her reason for speaking out. She didn’t name any names in her new video.

“When I feel like someone’s being fake is the time that I’ll say something. And it’s usually really publicly. I personally take the high road most of the time. I just don’t care. I always think: ‘Will I be affected by it in a week? Will I be affected in a month, or in a year?’ And the answer is usually no.”

She advised her fans to only “clap back” if it would make them feel good.

Swift remains hush about the accusations against her. She only broke her Twitter silence to congratulate America’s women’s gymnastic team – Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, and Aly Raisman. The team, aptly called the “Final Five,” won gold in the Olympic finals.

Raisman promptly responded and said she loved Swift’s “22” track. She also asked Swift for a shopping date the next time she’s in Boston.
