Donald Trump The Porn Star: No One Saw That Coming

Presidential hopeful Donald Trump has made controversy the cornerstone of his election campaign. Barely a day passes without Trump being involved in one controversy or another. Through his campaign, Trump has been perceived as stirring up hate and xenophobia over his comments about immigrants, Mexicans, Muslims, and women. As November’s election draws closer, the rhetoric continues to rise, and Trump continues to make comments that leave many shaking their heads in disbelief. Earlier this week Trump was accused of suggesting that opponents of gun control should assassinate his rival Hillary Clinton.

It was perhaps his comments about the Gold Star parents Khizr and Ghazala Khan that resonated most strongly with many Americans. USA Today reports that the Khans believe that Trump is responsible for a growing intolerance towards Muslims in the U.S. and claim that people are telling them “you will be thrown out when Trump becomes president.” Trump is famously bombastic in the face of criticism, the thrust of his rhetoric being that his critics are in some way “un-American.”

There is no doubt that the 70-year-old Trump relishes the controversy. If being called out for his comments bothers Trump he certainly doesn’t show, and it does not seem to bother his supporters. That said, you have to wonder what Republican supporters will make of Donald Trump the porn star.

According to British tabloid the Daily Star, a pornographic movie has emerged showing Trump in an X-rated romp with several women, including Sarah Palin. Apparently in the film, titled The Donald, Trump “strips off for rampant sex with an adult actress meant to be Sarah Palin – who was the Republican Party nominee for vice president in the 2008 election.”

Of course both Trump and Palin are played by lookalike actors. Let’s face it – the thought of the real Donald Trump starring in a porn movie would be too much for most people; instead the parody movie mocks Trump. Evan Stone, who plays Trump, wears a comic wig to impersonate the property tycoon and is seen struggling to keep the wig in place during some scenes.

Amazingly it seems that many people are tempted by the lure of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton pornography. Catch News reports that searches for Trump and Clinton on porn sites have risen dramatically and it seems that Trump is 144 percent more popular than his rival when it comes to searches for porn.

In the real world Trump’s position on pornography is somewhat confusing. The Huffington Post highlights contradictions in Trump’s position on pornography.

“Donald Trump, who appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine and whose misogynistic comments might only be outnumbered by his racist remarks, has pledged to crack down on pornography if elected president.”

It seems that Trump has signed a pledge promising to crack down on child pornography and sex trafficking and to “give serious consideration to appointing a Presidential Commission to examine the harmful public health impact of Internet pornography on youth, families and the American culture.”

It is perhaps ironic that these issues have arisen at the same time that pictures of Trump’s wife Melania posing naked for a men’s magazine have emerged. The Daily Mail reports that Mrs Trump posed naked for the now defunct French magazine back in 1996 when she was 25-years-old.

The emergence of the pictures of Melania Trump suggests that both sides of the presidential race are digging deep for information that could hurt their rival’s chances come polling day. Trump’s pledge to tackle Internet porn will play well with conservative Republican supporters, while nude pictures of Mrs Trump will not. The one thing that we can be certain about is that both sides will do all they can to harm their rival’s chances in this most controversial of elections.

Trump continued to ramp up the rhetoric last night at a rally in Florida when he called president Obama and Hillary Clinton the “founder and co-founder” of the Islamic State terrorist group. According to the Daily Mail, Trump claims that Obama “created a power vacuum” in the middle-east that terrorist groups rushed to fill. Trump even claimed that the terrorists “honor” president Obama.

“In many respects, you know, they honor President Obama. ISIS is honoring President Obama. He is the founder of ISIS. He is the founder of ISIS, okay? He’s the founder! He founded ISIS!”

Trump was also quick to attack Clinton in the wake of revelations by CNN that newly uncovered Clinton emails have made it clear that Clinton donors “found it easy to gain favors” from the Clinton camp. Trump used the revelations to once again describe Clinton as “crooked” and corrupt.

The one certainty in this presidential race is that Clinton and Trump will continue to fling accusations at each other as polling day draws closer.
