‘RHOA’ Star Peter Thomas Dealing With Divorce And Surprise Pregnancy

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Peter Thomas has been keeping a low profile in Charlotte, North Carolina, since the news of his divorce started to surface. Peter and Cynthia Bailey had started to grow apart last year when they were filming the show, and Bailey didn’t think that Thomas was willing to work on his marriage. He was spending much more time in Charlotte, and he was even starting to live there full-time. Peter and Cynthia have been legally separated for a while now, and it sounds like they are going through with the divorce. But with something negative comes something positive.

According to a new Instagram post, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Peter Thomas is now revealing that he is going to be a grandfather. Thomas learned that his very own daughter, who isn’t featured on the show, recently got married, and he just learned that he’s going to be a grandfather — to twins! It sounds like he will have his hands full.

“My daughter got married 5 months ago, she just told me that she is PREGNANT, so I am going to be a GRANDFATHER for the first time, TWINS. I am a happy motherf**ker,” Peter Thomas revealed in an Instagram post, sharing his excitement about becoming a grandfather.

It sounds like Cynthia won’t be around to celebrate with him, as the two are getting closer to moving on separately. She had previously hinted that their relationship was over, while Peter Thomas kept hoping that they could work things out. But since Peter was spending so much time in North Carolina, Bailey questioned his dedication to their marriage.

According to Wetpaint Entertainment, she has gone ahead and listed their Atlanta mansion. Last month, she listed the home that had been featured on The Real Housewives of Atlanta in almost every episode. Apparently, there was an interested buyer who wanted to see the property right away. The home is listed for $699,000. And while that seems affordable for such a huge home, it’s actually in the steeper price range for the neighborhood, as a family home in this area goes for about $260,500, according to Wetpaint Entertainment.

Since Peter Thomas has been spending so much time in Charlotte, it is possible that he’s going to stick around that area. He has already been spotted going out on dates and hanging out with other women. No word on whether his daughter is living in North Carolina or in Atlanta and whether he will be traveling back and forth to visit his grandchildren. Cynthia, on the other hand, has reportedly been looking at a lakeside property outside of the city.

Bailey may also be filming the newest season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta these days. The newest seasons always air in October or November, so it would make sense that she’s filming the show these days. No word on whether Peter Thomas will make an appearance as they sort out their divorce. Neither of them has really said much on social media about their marriage or divorce, but Peter has posted some videos that could hint he was talking about his wife, but he has denied that.

Regardless of what happens on the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Thomas has something to look forward to. He will soon become the grandfather to twins and one can imagine he will be busy in his new role.
