Bethenny Frankel Takes Downtime During Most Dramatic ‘RHONY’ Episodes Ever

Bethenny Frankel is known for being an outspoken person, and she has gotten herself into trouble over the past couple of years on The Real Housewives of New York. A few years ago, Bethenny feuded with former friend Jill Zarin over drama, and last year, she downright told Heather Thomson that she did know it all when Heather expressed her dislike for Bethenny’s behavior. On this season of the show, Frankel isn’t really going after anyone specific, but she was put in an interesting position when she learned that Luann de Lesseps’ future husband was making out with another woman just two days before their engagement party.

According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel is now revealing that she’s taking some time off from her busy life in the middle of the most dramatic episodes of The Real Housewives of New York. Last week, the final fight of the season started playing out, and it will continue over the next couple of weeks. This week, Bravo has canceled all episodes due to the Olympics, but all Real Housewives shows will return next week. And next week, fans will see Bethenny confront Luann with this new cheating information and possibly share the picture she had received from a friend.

“Now it’s nothing time. 5 fam days in Nantucket swimming & playing & ice cream & now 2 days of resting #balance,” Bethenny Frankel tweeted this morning after having spent the weekend in the Hamptons with awesome food, great company, and a surprise Coldplay concert.

On The Real Housewives of New York, Frankel revealed that she struggled with her decision to share the information she had received about Luann’s future husband. Bethenny told Carole Radzwill and Ramona Singer about the information, as they are her closest friends on The Real Housewives of New York. Both ladies encouraged her to tell Luann, something she struggled with in the beginning. In her blog for the show, Bethenny Frankel opened up about her struggles to tell Luann, saying that she did struggle with whether to say it. Since de Lesseps had an open marriage with her ex-husband, she was wondering about whether they had an agreement.

“The ones who bear the burden of deciding if you really mean it are the friends. This week I embark on the multi-episode journey of deciding if, how and when to tell Luann details that could affect her marriage but definitely will affect her relationship,” Bethenny Frankel revealed on her blog for The Real Housewives of New York, according to Bravo.

De Lesseps still hasn’t learned of the news on the show, but Bethenny Frankel will tell her on next week’s episode. De Lesseps will be devastated, but she hasn’t shared any news that she’s alright on her blog for the show. In fact, de Lesseps appears to be acting like she doesn’t know anything.

“We left Palm Beach after breakfast and headed down to Miami for the rest of the weekend. As usual, there was room drama but I was more interested in having a bite to eat and relaxing. When I arrived, I went to see how Bethenny was feeling and our conversation was very weird. Why would she ask if Tom and I are monogamous? We are engaged to be married! I felt like Bethenny was being very coy with me, not mean, not argumentative, but coy and it unsettled me. We’ve all had situations where we had to decide whether or not to tell a friend about something we’ve heard, and every situation is different. I’m still unsure if Bethenny’s heart is in the right place,” Luann reveals on her own blog for the show, according to Bravo, pointing to Frankel’s odd behavior.
