Taylor Swift Reacts To Orlando Bloom’s Naked Photos, ‘Loving’ Katy Perry’s Controversy
Taylor Swift is making her feelings known when it comes to the recent naked photo scandal surrounding Katy Perry and boyfriend Orlando Bloom.
According to reports, Taylor is well aware of the media storm currently surrounding Katy, who she’s famously locked in a pretty nasty feud with, and Orlando, and is allegedly “loving” that Perry is dealing with controversy after naked photos of Bloom surfaced online this week.
“Taylor thinks it’s funny and she’s loving that Katy has to deal with this latest distraction with Orlando Bloom’s nude photos being out there,” a source recently told Hollywood Life of how Swift reacted to Perry’s drama. “She loves that Katy has to deal with it because it has to be embarrassing.”
“Taylor would never be caught in that position,” the site’s source continued, adding that Swift and her boyfriend Tom Hiddleston would never “be in that situation at all.”
“Katy has been very supportive and understanding of his frustration and anger,” an insider admitted of how Perry has been standing by Bloom’s side amid the scandal. “She’s been a calming voice in his ear as he deals with the embarrassment of the situation.”
Katy and Orlando are yet to speak out about the naked photo leak that blew up after The Mirror published explicit photos of Bloom completely naked while paddle boarding with Perry, though this isn’t the first time in the past few weeks that Katy’s been roped into controversy.
Katy Perry found herself in the middle of another media firestorm just weeks before the Bloom’s naked photo hit the web after Swift’s ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris reignited her past feud with Taylor in a series of damning tweets.
Calvin has since deleted the pretty scathing messages aimed at Swift and uploaded to the social media site in July, though People reported that Harris claimed that Taylor, who he dated for 15 months, tried to “bury” Perry during their feud that hit the headlines in 2014.
“I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it,” Calvin told Taylor after a representative for the star confirmed that Swift wrote Harris’s track “This Is What You Came For” under the pseudonym Nils Sjöberg.
Katy did not officially comment on Harris’s Swift call out, though Billboard reported that she did post a pretty telling response in the form of a Hillary Clinton GIF that appeared to say “I told you so.”

But while Perry didn’t explicitly speak out about Swift’s drama, Hollywood Life claimed that Katy actually felt “glad” and “vindicated” following Harris’s social media slam.
“Katy is still bitter about the way Taylor went after her,” a source told the site of how Perry really feels about Swift after she put her on serious blast in her 2014 single “Bad Blood.”
“Katy can’t help but feel vindicated by this,” the insider continued. “[She’s] glad finally shining the light on exactly who Taylor is.”
Just days later, Taylor found herself under attack once again after Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat to leak footage of her past conversation with Kanye West in which Swift appeared to give her approval on West’s track “Famous,” despite previously denying she was aware of the song.
Perry has yet to respond to Kim’s video, though Radar Online reported that Katy was so happy Kardashian called out Taylor in such a public way that she allegedly personally called her to say thank you.
“Katy is so happy that someone finally put Taylor in her place,” a source revealed of how Perry felt about the Swift exposé. “[Katy] has dealt with Taylor’s high school mind games and lies for so long and she is so glad that Kim showed the world.”
