Hailey Baldwin Posts Justin Bieber ‘Let Me Love You’ Cover On Twitter

Hailey Baldwin shared a cover of Justin Bieber’s new song on her Twitter page on Friday.

Following the release of DJ Snake’s new album, Maia Mitchell released a cover, and Baldwin quickly applauded her rendition of her ex-boyfriend’s latest track, “Let Me Love You.”

“Maia killed it,” Hailey Baldwin wrote in her post to fans on August 5, failing to mention what she thought of Bieber’s own role on the original track.

Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber dated on and off for several months earlier this year after initially going public around Christmas time during a vacation with his family.

In January, Hailey Baldwin and her then-flame were seen together frequently throughout Los Angeles, but by the end of the month, Bieber had also been spotted with a few other women, including actress Sarah Jeffery, model Jessica Serfaty, and reality star Kourtney Kardashian.

Despite Bieber being seemingly distracted when it came to his love life, Hailey Baldwin continued to spend time with the 22-year-old singer, and in March, she was spotted at one of his “Purpose World Tour” shows at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. Days later, after Bieber openly flirted with Selena Gomez on Instagram and shared a photo of the two of them kissing, Gomez was seen at another one of his Los Angeles shows.

Throughout March and April, rumors of a possible love triangle between Hailey Baldwin and the former couple swirled. After Gomez debuted her new track, “Feel Me,” during one of her “Revival World Tour” shows, Baldwin was said to be convinced that the song was about her on-and-off flame.

“[Hailey Baldwin] heard Selena’s new song, which sounds like it could be about Justin, and it has left her confused,” a source told Hollywood Life. “She wants answers about what is going on between Selena and Justin. Hailey doesn’t understand what Selena is trying to accomplish with that song.”

In the song, Gomez sang, “No one loves you like I love you, I gave you space and time, and now you’re telling me you miss me, and I’m still on your mind… When she ain’t giving you enough to get you through the night, I won’t be caught up in the middle, ‘long as you’re not with me, you’ll always be alone.”

“[Hailey Baldwin] needs information about where everyone stands,” the source continued. “Hailey has always felt a special connection with Justin and she does not want to be in the middle of a love triangle with Selena and Justin. Hailey is pushing Justin for information about what is really going on between all of them. It is a difficult time for Hailey cause she wants to know why Selena would sing a song so clearly aimed at Justin.”

Following her alleged issue with Gomez’s song, Hailey Baldwin reunited with Bieber in early May in New York City, where the pair visited a nightclub before traveling to Baldwin’s apartment. At the time, the couple appeared to be back on but just weeks later, Bieber stepped out with yet another woman, Nicola Peltz.

Since Bieber and Peltz enjoyed a dinner date in Beverly Hills, Hailey Baldwin has not been seen at all with the singer. Instead, the model continues to step out in Los Angeles and New York City with several of her female friends, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
