Suicide Squad actress Cara Delevigne recently revealed that to prepare for her role as Enchantress in the recently released superhero film, she walked entirely naked in a forest -- and the experience was horrific.
When an actor wants to portray a different character, he or she goes through immense training sessions. In these sessions, they try to portray themselves as that character and start to behave like them. Some actors did drugs in the past for method acting, some spent time at mental asylums to prepare for their character, and some walked naked in a forest.
Model-turned-actress Delevigne recently revealed to Esquire UK that while preparing for the role of June Moone, aka Enchantress, she studied a lot about addiction and mental health. In addition to that, she also spent a night in the woods just to get under the skin of her character.
During the interview, the actress was asked whether she walked naked at night. Delevigne revealed that at first, she chose to walk in clothes, but soon after, she took them off.
"Well, I wasn't naked when I walked there," Delevingne recalled. "I walked there with my clothes on, and then when I got there I took them off."
When asked whether she caught any cold as she walked naked through the forest, to which she replied, "Not really. It was summer."
According to Entertainment Tonight, for Esquire UK, she posed without any clothes. Many fans think that she is going to be the next Kate Moss, but the actress admits that she does not enjoy modeling that much and is not too keen to continue her work in the fashion industry.
"Modeling is not something I love," she revealed. "It always felt like a job. It was never a passion. It was more like a part I played."
