Taylor Swift & Tom Hiddleston Apart: Is He Jeopardizing His Career For Her?

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have been together ever since they were seen kissing on a beach in Rhode Island. It seems like there hasn’t been a day when the couple wasn’t together until now.

It was just a few weeks ago when Taylor Swift, 26, and Tom Hiddleston, 35, arrived back to Los Angeles from Australia. Even though it’s only been a few days since the pair have been apart, a source told People that the two are very happy with each other amid the split rumors.

“Tom and Taylor seem great,” the source told the outlet. “They spent quiet nights at Taylor’s home and she seemed very happy that he spent time in L.A. with her.”

Fans have been buzzing ever since the couple have been seen going to the gym and running errands separately. Even one fan posted a photo of Swift on supposed date with Hiddleston, but was seated with a group of people. The actor was not in the photo, but an insider said she was rubbing his leg. According to the report, Hiddleston and Swift have reunited for romantic dates, including their recent one at Hillstone in Santa Monica.

“They were tucked away on the second floor,” an inside source from the restaurant told People. “They seemed very happy and held hands at the table. They were very relaxed, polite and pleasant.”

Swift and Hiddleston were photographed smiling and walking hand-in-hand when they left the steakhouse. Swift was seen wearing a black velvet crop top with a matching pencil skirt, which she paired with a black handbag and metallic sandals. Meanwhile, Hiddleston wore a navy blue button-down shirt with dark jeans and gray suede shoes. The source says that they don’t mind spending so much time together.

“After their long Australia trip, you would think they need some space. But they are the happiest when they are together. For such a new relationship, they act very serious.”

There’s also rumors that Tom may be jeopardizing his career for his relationship with the singer. Another source told Hollywood Life that Tom has to choose either his career or his new life with Taylor. He’s been rumored to get the role of James Bond and he could lose his chance all because of his whirlwind romance. Tom’s falling in love Taylor, but his team and the film’s producers have been telling him to break it off with her.

“Tom is a hopeless romantic when it comes to Taylor. His close friends and trusted advisors have been in meetings with him all week trying to talk him out of love. While he was in LA those closest to Tom were trying to convince him that continuing to be with Taylor will hurt his career but he refuses to listen to anyone.”

The Hollywood Life report has even noted that this strain in their relationship and Hiddleston’s career comes during a time when the two are apart. It seems like they were together every day ever since they started dating in June. Hiddleston and Swift were seen taking their whirlwind romance around the world in just a few short weeks. They even met each other’s families. And now that things have cooled down, it seems like they’re testing out their relationship by having a little distance as he films his next Thor movie down under.

The reason why Taylor and Tom are on opposite sides of the world is because the superstar just bought a $25 million home in Beverly Hills. The mansion sits on 2-acres of land and includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to another report via Hollywood Life. Taylor has been busy fixing up the place with her mom there to help her out.
