Siggy Flicker On Confronting Teresa Giudice About Cheating: ‘I Don’t Like Sneaky’

Siggy Flicker is a brand new housewife on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and it sounds like she’s been friends with some of the wives for years. But Siggy hasn’t met Teresa Giudice before she started filming the show and she decided to invite her out on a date with their children, so they could spend some time together. Since Siggy is a relationship expert, she thought she would extend an invitation to talk about the rumors that had been circulating about Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice.

According to a new Bravo report, Siggy Flicker is now revealing why she decided to confront Giudice about her marital troubles. Of course, she wanted to be a friend, but she also wanted to see if she could offer some help. During Flicker’s conversation with Jacqueline Laurita, Jacqueline advised her to stay away from that topic, since she hadn’t had too many good experiences with the mother of four. But Siggy Flicker was brave and decided to question Teresa about her marriage — and whether Joe was indeed cheating on her.

“I don’t like sneaky. I’m an open and honest person with everyone I know and meet,” Siggy Flicker reveals in her Real Housewives of New Jersey blog for Bravo, adding, “Which leads me to my conversation with Teresa when we went rock climbing. Can you believe I asked her that? I CAN! That’s how I roll, take it or leave it. I believe in open, honest relationships -– what better way to start a relationship than with an open and honest question? Teresa is a very intelligent and intuitive woman; she knew that I meant no harm asking her that question. I hope all of my girlfriends know that they can come to me anytime with anything they need, whether it’s a relationship related issue or not. I will always have my friend’s back and give them the best advice!”

And the conversation did work out quite well for Flicker. When others have questioned Giudice about her marriage and her trust with her husband, Giudice has flipped out. She doesn’t trust her family members, and she didn’t want to discuss her husband possibly cheating on her with her co-stars. But Teresa didn’t think that Siggy Flicker had any bad intentions when she asked her about the rumors, so she had no problem opening up about the rumors.

“I appreciated the fact that she asked me directly about the tabloid stories she read about me and Joe, rather than talk about them with other people behind my back. They weren’t true, and I was glad to set the record straight about it. Since Siggy and I had just met, I knew she had no other motive in asking me about it other than being concerned for me … it was innocent … that’s why I was OK with it …,” Giudice reveals in her blog for The Real Housewives of New Jersey, according to Bravo.

Since Siggy Flicker didn’t really know Teresa before joining The Real Housewives of New Jersey, she may not have known about the many marital rumors that have plagued this couple for the past many years. Joe has even fueled the cheating rumors by getting caught on a phone call with what sounded like another woman. Plus, Giudice has been named in various reports, saying that she would leave him if he was deported from the United States after he serves his time. But one can imagine that Siggy Flicker doesn’t want to go deep into the rumors.
