Kaitlyn Bristowe Sends Support To JoJo Fletcher After Being Dissed At ‘Bachelorette’ Finale

Kaitlyn Bristowe found love on The Bachelorette when she picked Shawn Booth over Nick Viall. Even though Kaitlyn knew that Nick had a bad reputation, she decided to give him a chance. When Nick started to get down on one knee to propose to her, she decided to stop him and reveal that she was going to choose Shawn. Since that dramatic finale, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn have managed to stay out of the spotlight and they have really worked on their relationship. In fact, they are one of the Bachelorette‘s success stories.

According to a new tweet, Kaitlyn Bristowe wasn’t at the finale last night in Los Angeles, but she did reach out to JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers after learning that she had chosen Jordan during the Bachelorette finale. Bristowe and Booth had spent the day on the lake and they had missed the finale on television, but they wanted to reach out and offer support if the new couple needed it.

“Just got off the lake, haven’t watched but wanted to congratulate JoJo Fletcher & Jordan Rodgers. We are here to support you lovebirds [Love] K&S,” Kaitlyn Bristowe tweeted as the Bachelorette finale played out on television, to which one person wrote, “you & Shawn can certainly help them w the bad media coverage. Happy you’re enjoying yourself.”

Of course, Bristowe and Booth have been keeping a low profile since getting engaged on the show. Many couples don’t make it in the long run after being on the show, because they pursue other things in the spotlight. Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff decided to split up after Soules had spent months competing on Dancing With The Stars rather than focusing on his engagement and his relationship with Whitney.

Surprisingly, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn were not invited to the Bachelorette finale. Many other couples were invited, including parts of the cast for Bachelor In Paradise. And when Shawn and Kaitlyn realized that they weren’t invited to the finale, they lashed out on Twitter. And it seems like it is fair, because why wouldn’t they be invited? It did seem like a diss.

“Yea, this makes total sense Instead of inviting the best Bachelorette you ever had @fleissmeister #TheBachelorette,” Shawn wrote on Twitter, according to Wetpaint Entertainment, along with an eye roll emoji, to which Kaitlyn Bristowe added, “Thanks for the invite guys!!! #nat.”

Even though Bristowe and Shawn had spent the weekend on the lake, it sounds like they would have traveled to Los Angeles to be present at the finale. They wanted to be there for the new couple. Even though they weren’t present for the finale, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn may watch the finale of The Bachelorette, where JoJo picks Jordan in the end. The finale was dramatic and JoJo truly questioned whether Rodgers was the right guy for her.

“When I received those letters it really made the decisions I was about to make so much more real. The message inside of Jordan’s letter was everything I had wanted from him. To hear that he wanted to make things right and had received a blessing from my father. To know that my family supported him and our union was something I had been missing ever since that day they met him,” JoJo wrote in her blog for PEOPLE magazine, sharing that she knew that Jordan was the one for her.

“Both Jordan and Robby open their hearts to me. Both of these men, I knew, could make me happy. But I knew only one of them was meant to be, only one of these men I had known deep in my heart and soul was the one,” she continues, according to PEOPLE.

Do you think Kaitlyn Bristowe and Booth should have been invited to the Bachelorette finale?
