JoJo Fletcher Gets Showered With Well Wishes As ‘Bachelor’ Family Reacts To Her Made-For-TV Engagement

JoJo Fletcher got a fairytale ending to her tumultuous season on The Bachelorette. The 25-year-old Dallas beauty became engaged to her final guy, Jordan Rodgers, on the Season 12 finale of the ABC dating show. And while speculation on the relationship runs rampant, JoJo told People she always knew Rodgers was the one.

“I had this immediate sense of comfort with him,” Fletcher told People of her fiancé. “From that first initial interaction, I knew I could fall in love with Jordan. I thought about whom I couldn’t imagine saying goodbye to. It was always Jordan. And that’s how I knew.”

In a sweet social media post, JoJo Fletcher revealed that she has found her “fairytale” ending, and she urged followers to fight for theirs.

JoJo’s happy (for now) ending didn’t go unnoticed by alums of the long-running Bachelor franchise. Fletcher and Rodgers were showered with well wishes from their extended ABC clan, with everyone from original Bachelorette star Trista Sutter to Ben Higgins’ future bride (and JoJo’s former competitor) Lauren Bushnell wishing them luck.

Even show host Chris Harrison got into the action. In a blog post for Yahoo TV, Harrison wished JoJo and Jordan the best and revealed that he hopes to see them as one of the show’s rare success stories.

“They’ve kept this relationship a secret for several months, but now it’s time to take their love out in public and scream it from the rooftops. Jordan and JoJo, on behalf of Bachelor Nation, we wish you the best, and we hope you’re the next to join the ranks of happily married Bachelor couples!” Harrison wrote.

Rodgers also did his own writing. In a lengthy Facebook post addressed to JoJo, the former NFL player wrote that he is fully committed to their love.

“@joelle_fletcher I love you more than anything!” Jordan wrote. “You are the most amazing woman on this planet, you are my best friend, and my rock. You are the best thing I wake up to in the morning and the last thing on my mind at night. Today is not the start of our love story, it’s the start of a new chapter.”

After The Bachelorette finale, JoJo Fletcher and her man appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where they revealed they will begin their new life in her family’s hometown of Dallas. Fletcher even revealed that she and Rodgers have already bought a house, although it was difficult to house hunt while they were sequestered. JoJo used her real estate connections to shop for homes and she sent photos on her phone to Jordan while they were separated.

JoJo Fletcher also revealed that she and her fiancé only got to see other every few weeks after their engagement in Thailand.

“I feel like we’ve been in hiding,” Fletcher told Kimmel. “We do these safe houses where we can only see each other every few weeks.”

Jordan added that they weren’t even allowed to leave the front yard. The former football pro said he and JoJo went through a lot of Netflix, binge-watching four seasons of Bates Motel in just two days.

As for that wedding, during ABC’s After the Final Rose special, Fletcher’s fiancé said they have tossed around some dates for 2017, but they want to “let the craziness settle down a little bit.”

The lovebirds revealed that they will be moving into their new house in Dallas right after they do a press stop in New York City. Rodgers also said he and JoJo would be making a pit stop in Nashville to pick up his bed before they start their new life in Texas.
