Jordan Rodgers ‘Silent’ When Asked About Future With ‘Bachelorette’ JoJo, Breakup Statement Prepared For ‘After The Final Rose’?

JoJo Fletcher started out her season of The Bachelorette with more than two dozen men, and after two months of weekly rose ceremonies, she is down to her final two suitors — Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes.

Rumors are running rampant about who JoJo got engaged to, but the big question is, “Is JoJo still engaged?” and is the speculation about her split with her final pick true or will she show off her husband-to-be and flash her massive Neil Lane diamond ring on the After the Final Rose special on Monday night?

Here’s the low-down on JoJo’s relationship status along with some intel as to why her journey to find love didn’t go quite the way she had hoped.

On Monday night, Bachelorette fans will find out who she picked when the season finale was filmed in Thailand in early May. After the final rose ceremony airs on ABC, JoJo will appear on the live one-hour After the Final Rose special with both the man she chose and this season’s runner-up.

According to ABC, both Jordan and Robby will both propose to her at the final rose ceremony, and she will be torn about her decision right up until the end.

Blogger Reality Steve is confident that viewers will see JoJo says “yes” to ex-NFL player Jordan Rodgers’ proposal. Spoilers point to Fletcher dumping Robby Hayes at the final rose ceremony amidst concern that he had broken off his a long-term relationship with Hope Higginbotham just to come on the show.

However, according to a previous report from the Inquisitr, JoJo and Jordan broke up soon after they got engaged in Thailand. There is speculation that the couple may reveal their post-filming breakup when they sit down with host Chris Harrison on Monday night’s live After the Final Rose special.

If the rumors are true, why didn’t they work out? Other than the obvious whirlwind romance and pressure to say, “I love you” after only a few weeks of filming, Jordan Rodgers made it clear that he wasn’t quite ready to commit, even though JoJo seemed to ignore all of the tell-tale signs.

Washington Post writer Lisa Bonos states that the “most telling conversation” between JoJo and Jordan was when she asked him where he saw himself in one year and he went silent about it.

“The most telling conversation in last night’s episode was when JoJo asked Jordan where he saw himself in one year — one short year! — and he didn’t have a clue… Jordan’s lack of an answer spoke volumes. He bumbled about not needing a home base, but JoJo was absent from that projection, making him sound like a very non-committal dude on a show that’s all about commitment.”

If Reality Steve’s spoilers turn out to be correct, then, at the very least, Jordan tried his hand at commitment by getting engaged to JoJo during the final rose ceremony.

Of course, there is the possibility that JoJo and Jordan will appear as a happily engaged couple on the ATFR, but if they are together, it could be just for show. Steve states that he has heard “too many things” from sources close to the couple that suggest “not everything is perfect in their world.”

However, in just a matter of hours, fans will find out if he took that commitment seriously and intends to help JoJo plan a wedding or if he will turn his momentary fame into a lucrative career in sports broadcasting and continue to enjoy the single life.

The three-hour Bachelorette season finale begins at 8 p.m. ET on Monday, August 1, and includes the hour of television Bachelorette fans can’t wait to watch — the one-hour live After the Final Rose special begins at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
