‘The Bachelor’ 2017 Contestants: ‘Survivor’ Winner Michele Fitzgerald Rumored To Be On Season 21 Cast List

Rumors about The Bachelor 2017 contestants are getting started while the lead has yet to be named. According to a new report, the Survivor Season 32 winner, Michele Fitzgerald, will appear as one of the cast members next year.

Back in May, Michele won Survivor: Kaho Rong — Brains vs. Brawn vs. Beauty II. The 25-year-old from New Jersey was said to be at a Bachelor casting event in New York City in June as an applicant for the show.

The timing of Michele Fitzgerald landing a gig on The Bachelor Season 21 would be beneficial since she’s a familiar face to reality TV show viewers. How cool would it be to have a winning contestant from Survivor on The Bachelor?

An insider told Us Weekly that Michele was spotted at the casting event in NYC. Will she be on next year? There’s little doubt ABC would turn her down because she’s already a celebrity and that could lure in more viewers to watch the show.

Michele Fitzgerald is a bartender and travel agent. Her B.A. is from Montclair State University in New Jersey.

As the report adds, Michele wouldn’t be the first Bachelor contestant to have competed on another reality show. During Ben Higgin’s season of the show, there were many. Obviously, there’s JoJo Fletcher, who was on Ready for Love in 2013 when her brother, Ben, was a contestant.

Emily and Haley Ferguson, the blonde twins on Ben’s season, were seen on CMT’s Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team in 2013 as well.

Jordan Rodgers, one of JoJo’s finalists, has prior TV experience.

Reality Steve usually has the scoop on The Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants. He hasn’t revealed anything about who might appear on the next Bachelor season yet. He’ll probably address the rumors surrounding the Survivor winner at some point in the near future. The Bachelor will begin filming either late August or at the beginning of September. More will come out by then.

The Bachelor 2017 lead will either be Luke Pell or Chase McNary. As Inquisitr reported, Luke Pell is the most popular among fans to get the gig. It’s predicted that Chris Harrison will make an official announcement at the end of the After the Final Rose special, which immediately follows The Bachelorette finale on Monday, August 1.

Chase was eliminated after the Fantasy Suite dates on July 25. Although he claims there are “discussions” with ABC about being named as The Bachelor, he has reservations about going through the process again to find love.

“The discussions are there,” Chase told ET. “But I don’t know — there’s a lot of weight there. There [are] a lot of expectations and I’m not scared of it … but I definitely want to make the smart decision and the right decision before I totally accept that position.”

Luke, on the other hand, would jump at the chance to go through the process again. He said it’s been “proven” to work because his feelings were so “real” with JoJo. He told her that he fell in love with her. He says it’s possible to have an “authentic relationship” with someone on a reality show.

“I would be excited about it,” Luke told The Hollywood Reporter about named as the Season 21 Bachelor. “I’ve seen firsthand that it worked, going through this whole process with JoJo and I. I was in love with her.”

Whether it’s Luke or Chase that becomes The Bachelor 2017 lead, Michele Fitzgerald might be one of the contestants for the season. Would you like to see the Survivor winner on the show?
