Jordana Brewster congratulated Vin Diesel on his 100 million fans, along with sharing a photo that shows most of the original Fast and the Furious cast, including the late Paul Walker.

Brewster added the caption, “This was our first trip together for Fast and Furious. From the very beginning, Vin knew how special this film would be. He was and continues to be our fearless leader.”

Diesel regularly updates his Facebook page with live streams; behind-the-scenes and throwback photos; and videos and movie trailers of his upcoming films. Diesel only has one movie coming out this year called Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk that will open on November 11. Ang Lee is the director of the war drama movie, and the film also stars Kristen Stewart, Joe Alwyn, Steve Martin, Chris Tucker, and Garrett Hedlund.

The actor has two other films with a 2017 release date: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, where he will reprise his character, Groot, has a May 5 opening date; and the eighth installment of the Fast and the Furious series, Fast 8, which has a scheduled release date on April 17.

Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray is in the director’s seat for Fast 8, and the star-studded cast includes Rodriguez, Gibson, Dwayne Johnson, Lucas Black, Jason Statham, Kurt Russell, and Charlize Theron as the movie’s villain.

Fast 8 is one of the films in the movie’s franchise that will not have Paul Walker starring in it, with The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift being the other film that didn’t feature Walker’s character. Walker died in an automobile crash on November 30, 2013.

Vin Diesel has not officially commented about his Facebook milestone, but he is a part of the new behind-the-scenes Fast 8 video that the official Fast & Furious YouTube channel uploaded on Friday. The latest short video features Diesel’s daughter, Hania, as she gives her opinion on the upcoming film.
