‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis And Billy Make Plans, Jill Gets An Eyeful, And Chloe Stirs Up Drama In Genoa City

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Tuesday’s episode will be a juicy one. Chloe is in town and ready to start revealing herself, Victor is out of jail, and Phyllis can’t stay away from Billy. Where are things headed during the July 26 show?

Chelsea had tried to convince Adam to let her bring Connor to visit him in Walworth, but the two could not get on the same page. Chelsea will complain to Anita about the situation, but Young and Restless spoilers via SheKnows Soaps detail that things will get a bit intense between these two as Anita criticizes Adam.

Michael will visit Adam at Walworth and the two discuss the missing diary pages and Victor. Michael promises to do everything he can to free his client, and cautions him not to talk about crazy plans he’s envisioning. Anita also visits and she makes it clear that she wants him to let go of Chelsea so she can live her life. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that Michael will return, and Adam asks him to tell Chelsea that he’s in solitary so she won’t visit.

Victoria and Nick are wrapping their heads around Victor returning to Newman Enterprises, and they decide to head to the ranch to talk with their father. They consider whether he might be responsible for the oil incidents, and Young and Restless spoilers note that Nick will be determined to stand by Victoria’s side as they face what comes next.

Jill has told Jack about her plan to push Billy and Victoria back together again, certain that they belong together, but Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Jack will tell her that she should back off. They will also discuss the state of Jack’s marriage, as Jill says that someone else will be sure to scoop up Jack if his wife doesn’t pull things together. However, he says that his wife is the only one for him.

Phyllis headed over to the mansion during Monday’s show to see Billy and Young and Restless spoilers tease that it will not take the two of them long to get intimate. She takes off her blouse in the living room, and the two head to the bedroom to have sex. Afterward, they talk about how they are meant to be together and she thinks that Jack is no longer the man she married.

As the two talk, Phyllis says that she and Billy have a lot in common and she realizes that the life she wants is with him. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that as the two start to formulate a plan for telling Jack and building a future together, Jill returns to the mansion and finds the blouse in the living room. Jill heads upstairs and sees Billy and Phyllis together, and she overhears them talking about being in love.

Chloe snuck into the ranch to see Victor and Young and Restless spoilers detail that he will push her to reveal where the diary pages are. When she tells him that she got rid of them, he will threaten to keep Bella away from her and she throws threats back at him. After Chloe leaves the ranch, she will head to Chelsea’s penthouse and share that she is back in town.

Soap Central details that she will explain that she has finished therapy and letting go of her anger toward Adam, but when Chelsea talks about Adam’s current situation, Chloe laughs. This leaves Chelsea quite upset and she mentions Connor, leaving Chloe apologizing and heading out the door.

Victoria and Nick visit their father and bring up the oil incidents, questioning who could have been behind them. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that they will consider Luca’s possible involvement and Jack soon shows up to confront Victor. He says that he is hoping for a truce, but Victor says he is certain that Phyllis is still angling for revenge.
