Demi Lovato Slams Perez Hilton Over Mariah Carey Feud, ‘Get A Life!’

Demi Lovato is taking serious aim at blogger Perez Hilton, claiming he was attempting to reignite her a past feud between herself and Mariah Carey.

Demi’s latest drama went down on social media on July 25 after Lovato put the blogger on serious blast after accusing him of liking posts alluding to her past feud with Carey, which stemmed from comments she made about Mariah being “nasty” and “rude” last month.

Perez took to Twitter to publish screenshots of direct messages sent to him by Demi, in which Lovato told him to “let it go already.”

Demi clarified in the messages that she was upset that Perez liked tweets alluding to her past drama with Mariah, telling Hilton that she had opted to unfollow him on the social media site because she felt that alluding to her past feud with Mariah was completely “unnecessary.”

“It’s unnecessary and the type of s*** that made me unfollow you,” Demi then told Perez on Twitter, to which Hilton hit back, “Well, I’m not gonna change how I use Twitter to make you happy.”

According to GossipCop, Perez then took the Demi drama outside of direct messages on the social media site, telling his followers in an open message aimed at Lovato, “If you’re petty af and vocal about it, you’re inviting criticism and the public commenting on your words and actions!”

“Also, if you don’t like the Tweets I like, block me boo! P.S. Maybe spend less time on Twitter too!” Perez continued, before clarifying to his followers that he was in fact aiming his pretty scathing tweets at Lovato.

“F*** it. I’m almost 40. I have zero f***s to give! Just like her,” Perez wrote in another tweet about his Demi drama. “For those of you curious, this is about [Demi Lovato].”

Perez Hilton then went as far as to claim that he doesn’t believe Demi “deserves” for him to be nice to her.

“I’m nice to the people I feel deserve me being nice to. I’m done being fake with @ddlovato,” Hilton tweeted out, to which Demi hit back once again, tweeting, and then promptly deleting, “[Perez Hilton] do something with your life.”

A number of fans also took to Twitter amid Demi and Perez’s social media drama, using the hashtag #PerezExposedDemiParty to both support and condemn Hilton.

“Perez has been retweeting some tweets with the hashtag #PerezExposedDemiParty while Demi’s probably back in the studio WORKING FOR A LIVING” @buterawildfire tweeted out, while @niallcIock wrote, “when you’re trying to expose demi but she’s real af so you have nothing to expose #PerezExposedDemiParty.”

Demi’s latest round of drama stems from comments Lovato made about Mariah last month, in which she opted to defend Ariana Grande and Jennifer Lopez amid their own alleged feuds with the singer.

Billboard reported in June that Lovato sensationally called out Carey on Instagram, blasting her as “rude” and “nasty” after commenting on a meme that implied Mariah was more talented than Grande.

After Lovato commented on the Instagram post, “you got it the wrong way round honey,” a slew of Carey’s fans took to the photo sharing site to put Demi on serious blast.

Demi then hit back by calling out Carey and her past drama with Lopez.

“Jen keeps it classy but I’m not afraid to say s***. The woman is mean for no reason,” Lovato replied after Mariah’s fans slammed her on Instagram. “Extremely talented? Yes. Superhuman? Possibly. Unnecessarily rude? Absolutely,” Lovato wrote.
