Lea Michele Debuts L’Oréal Paris Photo Shoot

Glee star Lea Michele is the newest face to join the L’Oréal Paris team of ambassadors. On Tuesday, the company debuted Michele’s first photo shoot with the makeup line. L’Oreal ambassadors already include the likes of Doutzen Kroes, Laetitia Casta, Natasha Poly, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria, and 26 others.

According to the young actress, she has been a fan of the beauty line for years. In her first ad, the print (translated) reads:

“She made her stage debut at age eight in the musical ‘Les Miserables’ on Broadway, says ‘having grown up on stage and was soon in contact with makeup.’ She also admits she will never forget the first time she tried a lipstick L’Oreal Paris, before declaring ‘I’m a fan of L’Oréal Paris products for years, but it was only a little later, when I was older that I really understood the message of the brand values of women, values with which I totally agree.’ ”

Michele has been on quite the rollercoaster ride over the last few seasons of Glee, having won the People’s Choice Award, Teen Choice Award, Screen Actors Guid Award, and Emmy Award.

L’Oréal Paris calls their new ambassador a “beauty icon,” and it is very hard to deny that fact when looking at her photo shoot for the brand.

Lea Michele will appear in various campaign ads for the beauty line throughout 2013.
