Duggar News: Is Josh Duggar Being Snubbed By His Family?

Duggar news has recently heated up. To celebrate the couple’s 32nd anniversary, Jim Bob Duggar posted a heartfelt note to his wife, Michelle, on the Duggar family blog. While the patriarch mentioned the names of his other children, he left out his eldest son, Josh Duggar.

Ever since Josh Duggar admitted to molesting five underaged girls and cheating on his wife, the eldest Duggar son has become the family’s “black sheep,” according to Headline and Global News. The absence of Josh’s name from Jim Bob’s note only adds more to the continuous family drama.

This Duggar news only gets juicier as the story goes on. Jim Bob Duggar also disclosed some fascinating trivia about his wife, Michelle, in his blog post. Prior to having 19 kids, Michelle not only wore pants, but used birth control. After the couple had their firstborn, the family’s matriarch wanted to go back to using the pill. Still, Michelle’s opinion on contraceptives suddenly changed once the couple suffered from a miscarriage. After this experience, the Duggars decided to “stop rejecting God’s gifts,” meaning Michelle would no longer use birth control.

In his blog post, Jim Bob left his eldest son’s name out. He wrote, “Three years into our marriage Michelle went off the pill and we had our first child.” This statement not only has raised eyebrows, but led to questioning about Josh Duggar’s relationship with his family.

This Duggar news scoop became twice as noticeable when Jim Bob Duggar wrote, “Right after God blessed us with twins Jana and John, then Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joseph.” This choice of using the names only furthered the accusations that Josh Duggar might have bad blood with his parents and siblings.

Duggar news was fueled with more drama when it was announced that Josh Duggar would not appear on Jill and Jessa: Counting On, according to a story from People, written back in March. Though recently, In Touch said that Josh Duggar might be making his way back to television, according to a report done by Hollywood Life. The online gossip publication wrote that, “Josh has regained interest in the reality TV world” and was planning to appear on the second season of Jill and Jessa: Counting On.

If this Duggar news is true, Josh Duggar will “address everything he’s done” on the second season of the show, explained the nameless source from In Touch. The anonymous contributor also said that the Duggar family knows their eldest son’s appearance would be “ratings gold.” Though the content of Josh Duggar’s appearance on Jill and Jessa: Counting On still remains mostly unknown, his wife Anna Duggar will allegedly be by his side during the emotional return. The only pieces of information known about the eldest Duggar’s interview is that he will publicly address his molestation and marriage scandal. The unknown source said he will also discuss his recovery from his behavior.

“Josh will cover everything and he will maintain the family line that god has saved his soul and guided him back to the right path. But one thing you probably won’t hear is that he’s actually sorry, as he believes that external forces were to blame for his behavior.”

If this Duggar news of Josh’s television return is true, then as is the family drama surrounding his appearance on the show. Other Duggar family members are reportedly not looking forward to Josh’s return. The only Duggar that is excited to see Josh back on television is his father, Jim Bob. Still, these claims about Josh Duggar’s appearance on Jill and Jessa: Counting On remain questionable.
