‘The Bachelorette’ 2016 Spoilers: This Fan-Favorite From JoJo’s Season Could Be The Next ‘Bachelor’

As JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette keeps coming closer to its end, everyone is wondering who will be the next lead on The Bachelor. There have been some whispers and speculation has come up about this guy or that guy, but nothing is known and won’t be until after the season finale. Some have thought it would be Chad Johnson or possibly Luke Pell, but there is a fan-favorite that may actually have a strong case to step in and find his true love.

Some think that the next lead star is usually the second or third runner-up, and that is typically true, but it could always change. James Taylor was the fifth runner-up this season and he just missed out on the hometown dates, but it wasn’t an easy decision for JoJo to make.

The thing about James Taylor is that he may not have been in the top two or even the final four. He didn’t cause a lot of drama and certainly didn’t stand out by acting as the villain. No, he got over with the fans and they all latched onto him in huge ways.

If ABC knows what is good for them, they’re not going to just let him sail on out into the world without doing something more with him.

According to Romper, hints have been dropped throughout this entire season that James Taylor was heading on to win this season or go on to bigger and better things. That could very well end up with him being the next Bachelor because it’s truly what the fans want.

Just a couple of episodes ago, JoJo simply couldn’t figure out how to send him home so she needed an extra rose given to her. With that extra selection, she chose to keep both Alex Woytkiw and James around for one more week, but then had made the heartbreaking decision to send him home.

Even leading up to that moment, he was getting over with the viewing audience at home.

The guy just has so many qualities that make him endearing to anyone and everyone that has watched anything happening on ABC this summer. James Taylor is fun-loving and sweet and courteous and gracious and he’s talented. No matter what has happened, James has let it be known that he’s been grateful for his time there and happy for simply being around at all.

As time keeps going on, he’s only going to become even more popular and it’s already starting to show in his life at home.

Sure, there are some other possible options and it does appear as if Luke Pell is the frontrunner to be the next Bachelor. Bustle certainly believes that to be the case after the way his hometown date went this past Monday night, and that could be the direction that ABC chooses to go in.

For the network to miss out on the all the attention that James Taylor could bring would be a travesty. Fans want to see more of him and they’d love to watch him go through his own edition of The Bachelor and find true love.

James Taylor was a suitor on The Bachelorette who ended up making a lot of fans and even if he doesn’t end up as the next lead on The Bachelor, he’s got it made. That extra exposure is going to help his music career, but will it help him find true love? ABC has a number of choices other than James, but they have to decide if the fans would want to see Luke Pell or Chad Johnson as much as the sweet guy with a guitar.
